In the terrace, at night, you will have worderfull dinners with your family or friends. You will have acces to internet, satellite TV even the playstation 2 for your kids! 42" TV in the leaving room and 26" in the main room... Amazing HOME CINEMA with a wide range of movies for you to watch..... Also there is a fire place for you to make your staying more .... warm.

Dominating the scenery high above the town is the magnificent Castillo de Santa Barbara - a fortified hill-top castle which, since its construction by the Carthaginians in 300 B.C.
The Explanada de España alongside the harbour together with the Paseo Maritimo on the waterfront form a wonderful sweeping promenade - perfect for strolling in the fresh sea breeze or stopping to enjoy the freshest of fish and seafood.
The Rambla de Mendez Nuñez is a palm-lined pedestrian street with an interesting market at one end and some great shops. It is also the route taken by most processions during the popular fiestas - most notably the Fiesta of the Hogueras de San Juan where elaborate effigies are burnt celebrating a pagan sacrifice to the gods of fire.

"We found this apartment on line in Australia, and we paid the deposit on line by PayPal. My son and his family live in Alicante and we wanted to spend some time with them during the summer holidays. Even though we went in mid August the area was not too busy and getting meals in restaurants during the day and at night was no problem.

This is the first time we have done this kind of booking and it was first class. We particularly liked the fact that this is Antonio’s home and therefore had many personal touches. However this may not suit families with young children !

Antonio made us feel secure with the booking and we turned up in San Juan to find a very upmarket modern apartment and a very helpful host. The apartment was beautifully presented and very very clean, just like home from home, and equipped with every modern appliance that you might need. The apartment is in a very residential and quiet location although it is only about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The pool area and gardens are kept immaculate plus you have a good view across the golf course from the balcony. We enjoyed many days just sitting round the large pool and having picnic lunches under the shaded eating areas.

At the end of the holiday Antonio came and saw us off and we told him that when we come back to San Juan again (which we will be doing) we would gladly come back and stay in his wonderful apartment.

Out deposit was returned via PayPal which worked well.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

Security deposit:

In 14-day stays or shorter, the security deposit is €300. The security deposit will be given back to you at the end of the rental period.

In 15-day stays or longer, the security deposit is €500. The cost of light will be deducted from the security deposit.

You need to add 90€ to the prices listed up for start&end-cleaning, plus 10€ per person linen.

Week to include Christmas day, New Year holiday or Easter please add 150€.
