Excellent well placed 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment which was fully renovated in 2010. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and has wonderful views over San Juan beach and Mediterranean sea.
Ideally suits families or small groups in the summertime or longer term stay seeking for our mild winter.

This apartment is perfectly situated in the seafront street in San Juan beach where one can enjoy swimming, walks or take the children to the play ground placed on the sand.
Carrabiners city train station is just a couple of minutes walk from the house and this line takes just 10 minutes in one direction to Alicante center and 40 minutes in the other direction to Benidorm or Altea.

The apartment is placed just in San Juan beach, a 10 km long open beach with very high-quality fine sands located in an area with lots of services. All along the beachfront there are all kinds of restaurants and beach bars, some of which are actually on the beach itself.
Very well served by bus (number 21) and city train links to Alicante center and Alicante Golf Course. This same train takes you to Campello, Benidorm or Altea.

When you book the apartment, you will need to pay the 20 % of the total amount in advance as a deposit to secure booking. Then, you will need to pay the other 80 % of the total amount four weeks before arrival.
Security deposit:
In 14-day stays or shorter, the security deposit is € 100. The security deposit will be given back to you at the end of the rental period.
In 15-day stays or longer, the security deposit is € 150. The cost of gas, light and water will be deducted from the security deposit.
You need to add € 40 to the prices listed up for start & end-cleaning, plus € 10 per person linen.
Week to include Christmas day, New Year holiday or Easter please add € 100.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Alicante is placed in the east coast of Spain. The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s fantastic climate, it´s beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or the towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful, markets, shops, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas.
There is a bus and a city train in front of the apartment that takes you to near cities like BENIDORM, the funniest and most cosmopolitan city of Costa Blanca ( just 25 minutes away) where is placed the exciting Terra Mitica theme park, the superb water park Aqualandia and Mundomar (the sea life centre), or ALTEA, a bohemian white village (just 40 minutes drive or by train).
The Alicante / San Juan Beach area
The apartment is located in the area of San Juan Beach which is, without any doubt, one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
San Juan beach is a long, open beach about 10 kilometres in length and with an average width of 85 meters. With kilometres of beach on the doorstep and a superb year round climate you may want to take some time out to walk, relax and spend some time lounging on the warm sand admiring the Mediterranean.
Boasting beachfront restaurants, bars, cafés and pubs, the San Juan Beach is also known for its selection of any water sport you can imagine!
There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas (abundance of night life, dinner shows, bars and restaurants, shopping malls, fishing, diving, water sports...).
The apartment is near and very well conected with:

Alicante Golf: The legendary Spanish player Severiano Ballesteros designed the Alicante Golf city-course, which offers a good challenge for pros and amateurs alike. It is the only 18 hole par 72 course on the Iberian Peninsula which consists of six par 3, six par 4 and six par 5 holes.

nice bright spacious apartment-well situated for beach and public transport to other areas. carmen that met us with the keys was very welcoming and helpful. would have to be very careful with young children because of the height of the balcony railings |

The appartment offert all we need. Its have a amazing wiev from the balkoni. The location was very good. There is shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is very easy to take the tram to Alicante or El Campello, and not expencive. Very good service from the owner and her friends. |

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. There are great ocean views from both the living room and the master bedroom. We could hear the sound of the ocean inside. The apartment itself was clean and cozy. We were able to do laundry and hang it on clothesline outside window. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The beach is just across a small one-way street. There is also a tram stop right there. (The tram is an electric train.) You can easily ride the tram into downtown Alicante, which we did several times. It is more economical to buy a 10-ride pass if you will be riding several times. We had a car so we drove to a local Carrefours grocery store, but there is also a store in walking distance. The area was very quiet when we were there, but I imagine it would be much livelier in warmer weather. I do wish it had wifi. |
