The apartments that we have to offer on the Alenda Golf Course contain all you could want from a short golfing break to a fortnights family holiday. We have a number of houses and apartments to rent, so we can accommodate large parties of upto 24 people, if required!
The apartments are fully equipped with all the home comforts you need to make your stay effortless. The apartments that we have available to rent all have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one shower room and one full size family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, basin, toilet and bidet) one of which is an en suite in the master bedroom. Most apartmetns have a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and comfortably sleep 4, some have a sofa bed and sleep 6. We do also offer houses which have 6 single beds (ideal for all male/female golf groups etc), WHATEVER your requirement we are sure we have the right combination to suit, just contact us and we will do our utmost to provide the perfect accommodation for your holiday..
The kitchens come with fridge/freezer, oven and 4 ring hob, washing machine, microwave, all utensils that you could require. Some also have dishwashers and tumble dryers, we will let you know what facilities you have in the house prior to booking.
In the Lounge, there is seating for at least 4 people and all properties have Television and Dvd player, most of them have Satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels and various other UK TV channels.
The bedrooms have duvets/blankets for winter stays.
Some have either a Frontline Golf view or a view of the Swimming Pool, there are ramps all around the complex and so it is very wheelchair/pushchair friendly!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The apartments are ideally situated to explore the Costa Blanca, whilst still provided a quiet retreat when necessary. Situated close to the A31 motorway the apartments have a direct link to the A7 which means it only takes about 35 minutes until you are in the hustle and bustle that is BENIDORM! Benidorm is full of activities to keep all ages amused, from the Theme Park of Terra Mitica with its rollercoasters and water rides to Aqualandia with fantastic waterslides and swimming pools, to the beach for strolling just soaking up the summer or winter sun or grabbing a full english breakfast or fish and chips!! There are numerous bars and restaurants and we alway recommend a visit to the BENIDORM PALACE in the evening for fab cabaret night out, with meal, dancing and show.
Alicante is a popular tourist city, its famous for its wonderful boulevard with palm trees and shopping streets. The original name of the city “Lucentum” translates as ”City of Light”. This most attractive town along the Costa Blanca has stunning beaches, old plazas, parks, adventure and great weather. The city provides fun, entertainment and also a great nightlife to the tourists who can hang around till late hours.
Alicate and surrounding area enjoy a mild climate all year round. The area benefits from around of 2,800 hours of sunshine with an average temperature of 19.3ºC. With fresh air and sunny days, it is an ideal place to visit. As it enjoys more sunshine, the number of rainy days is limited to just 20 per year. Even during the winter time the temperature rarily falls below 16° C. The temperature can get up to 40°C in August. Perfect for your summer holidaying!

The Castle of Santa Barbara:
The Castle of Santa Barbara is one of the biggest mediaeval fortresses of Spain that is located in the centre of Alicante. This major landmark of the city stands on the top of Mount Benacantil, which offers the most fabulous views of the city. While looking at the castle from El Postiguet beach, one can see an unusual projected part in the shape of a human face known as Moor's Head.
Castillo de San Fernando (St Ferdinand Castle):
The Castillo de San Fernando is a counterpart of the Castle of Santa Barbara, which was built on Tossal hill in the beginning of the 19th century. It has some fantastic things to watch.
San Juan Beach (La Playa de San Juan): This premier sandy beach of the city is located around 4.5 miles from central Alicante. The long and open beach has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union. It is the perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming with a good selection of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and water sports on the beach.
St Mary's Church (Iglesia de Santa Maria): St Mary's Church is one of the major attractions of the city, which was built in a gothic style between the 14th and 16th centuries. It has been built over the ruins of the foundations of a mosque during the Moorish occupation. The place has a wide range of art with two of the most valuable dating from the 15th century. It has a richly decorated Baroque interior.
The Alicante Marina: The Alicante marina has a touch of luxury where tourists can enjoy some of the finer things in life with excellent shopping centres, refined restaurants and nautical adventures. Whether it is day or night, Alicante marina offers charming luxury ambiance with wonderful facilities of leisure and meals.
More locally, there are some charming towns within 10 minutes drive of Alenda Golf. Visits to Aspe, Novelda or Monforte del Cid give you an insight into a slower paced, more traditional Spanish way of life.

Fly into Alicante (10 minutes away) or Murcia (45 minutes away). As soon as we received your final payment for he accommodation we will forward full detailed instructions on how to get to us.

Car hire is recommended but we offer a very reasonable taxi service if you fancy a few glasses (or jugs) of sangria!!

Further details outdoors: The houses have a beautiful, large communal swimming pools for your use, surrounded by lawns for comfortable sun-bathing and the swimming pool has a large paddling area for children.
We offer mountain bikes for hire for the more energetic and the golf course is surrounded by mountains which are great for exploring by bike or foot!
There is a very well stocked Supermarket on site as well as a bar and restaurant in the Golf Clubhouse, both of which are a 1 minute stroll from the apartments.

A refundable security deposit of 100 pounds is payable with final payment for booking, this will be returned after departure providing there were no major breakages etc during your stay.
A booking deposit of 50 pounds per week is due in order to confirm the booking of the apartment, with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
WE OFFER A VERY REASONABLY PRICED TAXI SERVICE TO SURROUNDING AIRPORTS, TOWNS AND BEACHES ETC. WE ALWAYS USE APPROPRIATE CAR SEATS FOR CHILDREN, PLEASE SPECIFY AGES IF YOU ARE ARRANGING TAXIS.
