Beautiful 3-Bedroom 2-Bathroom detached villa with private swimming pool, set in fantastic gardens with views looking out onto the Alenda Golf Course! The house has all the modern conveniences that you need to make your holiday as comfortable and luxurious as possible. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and washing machine. The main lounge has satellite television with a full range of UK channels including BBC1 and ITV. The gardens are private so you can sunbathe out of sight of all and the swimming area has glorious views of the golf course! So if you can't be bothered to play you can always sit back, relax and watch! Alenda Golf course is situated only 10 minutes from Alicante airport. It is just off of the A31 and A7 motorways and access is very simple. The course is generally regarded as one of the best maintained in the Costa Blanca and a fair challenge to all levels of golfers. The clubhouse itself is brand new this year and has a bar and restaurant. Whilst being very close to both the major cities in the area (Alicante and Elche) it is also very quiet in its' own right. Being so close to Alicante and Elche there are numerous top quality restaurants in the area as well as the excellent (and very cheap) local cuisine in the smaller family run estalishments. Beaches galore are within a short drive and the amusement parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are all about 40 minutes drive away in Benidorm. The price for the villa rental includes clean and laundry on departure and also a Luxury Welcome Pack for your arrival, there are no hidden extras so all you need to do is pack your toothbrush and your swimming costume!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
15 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes from Elche, the area has lots of places to visit from Santa Barbara Castle in Alicante along with all the shops and bars/restaurants and Elche has a beautiful park of palm trees, fantastic for a stroll on a Sunday morning. 320 days of sunshine per year you can't go wrong here!
Alicante / Montforte Del Cid area
Lots of very typical spanish towns around the area as well as being so close to the city of Alicante, the beach is a 20/30 minute drive and Benidorm is only 40 minutes up the road with its water/theme parks and nightlife!
How to get there
Fly into Alicante (10 minutes away) or Murcia (45 minutes away). Cheap Flights available from all over UK - Flybe.com, Easyjet.com, Ryanair.com, bmibaby.com (and airberlin.com fly from Stanstead). Car hire is essential but we offer a very reasonable taxi service if you fancy a few glasses (or jugs) of sangria!!
