Located on the edge of Alhaurin Golf course, the property has spectacular mountain views and is just 20 minutes drive to the beautiful beach at Calahonda (fantastic for families) and 30 minutes drive to the cultural city of Malaga or the popular resort of Marbella.
The house benefits from a private landscaped garden, a barbecue is also available for our guests use. Patio furniture is also provided on the covered tiled terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening with a chilled glass of wine!

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol in southern Spain is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. With its beautiful coastline stretching for miles, over 300 days of sunshine each year and average annual temperatures of 18ºC it's possible to enjoy the beautiful coast and a wide variety of outdoor activities all year round.
Many beautiful beaches are within easy driving distance. Torreblanca, Los Boliches and Carvajal have all been awarded the prestigious EU blue flag.
If you or your children are water babes and love the shared pool, then a trip to the aqua park in Fuengirola is a must! The traditional white village of Mijas is only a 10 minute drive away and has an abundance of excellent restaurants for you to enjoy. The craft shops have some wonderful hand made pottery, jewellery, and paintings and prints by acclaimed local artists.
Children and adults will love a visit to Fuengirola zoo which is noted as one of the finest in Europe, with its creation of natural habitats and plenty of space for the animals.
A trip to Malaga is recommended - with the new Picasso Museum and the city's historic sights. The new gallery is located in the historic city centre and surrounded by the beautiful Cathedral, Gibralfaro Castle, an Arabian Fortress “Alcazaba”, a Roman Theatre, and the Plaza de la Merced, Picasso’s birthplace.

Alhaurin Golf Resort area
Alhaurin Golf Complex designed by Seve Ballesteros is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the spectacular mountain views, play golf, visit the many attractions of the Costa del Sol or simply soak up the sun!
For those of you who enjoy a round or two, the course is itself is highly regarded and is one of the most welcoming on the Costa de Golf!
Horse riding and tennis are also available nearby.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance which are very good and the complex also has a small shop for those forgotten holiday essentials!
Alhaurin el Grande and the beautiful town of Mijas are a short taxi ride away (details of taxis can be found in the house) and both offer an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops for you to sample and enjoy.
To ensure you stay well stocked with supplies there are plenty of supermarkets within a short driving distance.

Alhaurin Golf Complex is only a 30 minute drive from the airport. Directions and detailed information will be sent on confirmation of booking.
Car hire is available from Malaga airport (try carjet.com.uk).

Changeover days are flexible, Prices listed are per property per week. Discounts are available for bookings of more than 2 weeks.
30% booking deposit required in advance upon confirmation (non refundable).
Balance is due six weeks before commencement of holiday.
Breakages/Security Policy - A deposit of £150.00 is required to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys etc. This will be refunded to you after your return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the property.
Cancellation - 50% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks, 75% charged if cancelled within 2 weeks, 100% charged if cancelled within 7 days.
