Situated on a well kept, rolling golf course this property has spectacular mountain views and is within easy reach of both the beaches and bustle of the Costa Del Sol and the beautiful countryside of Andalucia. The generously sized three bedroomed villa can sleep 6 (or 8 with sofa bed) and also has a cot and highchair. It benefits from a private pool, gardens and all modern conveniences including air conditioning/heating, washing machine, dishwasher and LCD TV with UK satellite TV. The TV in the master bedroom also gets the satellite channels.There is a convenience store 2 minutes walk away, golf and restaurant/bars within walking distance and the airport is 30 minutes away.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol enjoys both long, hot sunny summers and warm winters with plenty of sunshine. The location of Alhaurin Golf, in the foothills of Mijas mountains, benefits from a slightly airier aspect than right on the coast. There is little traffic on the (good) local roads although there are many attractions within easy reach. The thriving town of Alhaurin el Grande has shops, banks, restaurants, internet cafes etc. and is within 5 minutes drive. Mijas, the charming 'white' village 10 minutes in the opposite direction has a relaxed, villagey feel with fabulous views to the coast. The coastal resorts of Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Marbella are all within a 20 to 30 minute drive. Further afield, about 1,1/2 and 2 hours drive, are the Rock of Gibraltar with its chequered military history and duty free UK high street stores and Granada and the Alhambra with the beautiful architecture and relics of Andalucia's moorish history.
Alhaurin Golf Resort area
Within walking distance there are 3-4 restaurant/bars. The course clubhouse welcomes visitors and a very good cafe/drinks menu is served all day. The hotel also serves excellent food with a more extensive menu. There is a convenience store 2 minutes walk away. The golf course scenery is landscaped, lush and green with fantastic mountain views and backed by national park protected pine forest. It is great walking terrain. Golf is an obvious attraction with club and buggy hire on site and several other courses within easy reach. Tennis is also available locally. La Cala beach is 12 minutes drive away. The coastal towns have many attractions such as waterparks, zoos, boat trips, cable cars, marine parks, and yacht harbours. There is also great shopping!

Fly to Malaga. Alhaurin Golf Resort is 30min drive from the airport All major Budget airlines fly to Malaga from airports around the UK. Car hire is available from the airport - try www.holiday-autos.co.uk. Good cheap taxi service available locally and for airport runs- ask owners for details. Conditions
A £200 deposit is requested at booking to secure the property. The balance is payable in full 6 weeks before booked dates. A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required. Credit card payments can be accepted through PayPal Reduced rates for long lets - please enquire
