Brand new detached Luxury Villa with spacious quality accommodation in fully enclosed grounds and situated on the edge of the Town of Alhaurin el Grande. All within a short walk to local restaurants and a 5-minutes drive into the centre of the Town. The Villa comprises of two floors. Downstairs is a 3 bedroom apartment and upstairs a 2 bedroom apartment, both apartments have their own front entrance door, Kitchen, Living/Dining room, bedooms, Bathroom, Satellite TV, Air conditioning Hot & Cold and Terrace. (DVD downstairs only)
OUTSIDE:(downstairs) there is a utility room with washing machine, shower room, undercover area with Kitchen/BBQ, private swimming pool for sole use and private shower room. The Villa is ideal for a large family or two families that require their individual privacy.

Conditions
DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
We ask guests to pay by via bank transfer a 50% deposit (not refundable) at the time of booking and then pay the balance in cash and on arrival.
We also offer guests the choice of paying the deposit by Credit Card/PayPal.
Payment by Credit Card/PayPal is subject to a surcharge of 4.0%, which equates to the amount we are charged for accepting such payment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
There is also a security deposit of £150 or 200 euros payable in cash and on arrival, which is refundable at the end of your stay (Subject to serious breakages).

The Andalucia / Malaga Province region


Winter temperaures range from 16 - 20 Deg C. and Summer temperatures average about 35 Deg C.
The famous White Villages and Lakes, are not far away from El Parral and are worth exploring.
The stylish Marina 'Puerto Banus' is only a 30-minute drive.
Granada and the amazing Alhambra Palace is a 2 hour drive.
The Alhaurin El Grande area
The nearest towns are Ahaurin-El-Grande and Coin, which are about 5 and 10 minutes drive. Both Towns have lots of Supermarkets, Shops, Banks and also an Open-Air Market once a week.
EL PARRAL is within easy reach of the Costa del Sol with its many golf courses, beaches and night life. Marbella, Ronda, Malaga and Fuengirola cities are all close by. Granada, Cordoda and Sevilla are now within easy reach with the much improved road systems.
This is the ideal place for either a tranquil holiday lounging round the pool or an activity holiday.
This area is also well known for Golf, Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.

Villa El Parral – Alhaurin El Grande - 2.06.2009
We have just spent a wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable month at this villa. It is beautifully furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The pool and outside living areas are superb, well furnished and we had many a happy hour spent here.
For me, a couple of good points were the quality of the beds, they were excellent. I usually end up sleeping on the floor, but I slept like a log this holiday!!!!!! A proper hand held hairdryer!!!, the times I have spent being contortionist trying to dry my hair!!!
The villa is situated amongst some beautiful views, just outside the main village which is within easy walking distance and good access to the main road system. A perfect location for touring the surrounding areas and the Costas. A visit to the Lakes is a must – they are beautiful.
We would certainly recommend this villa, and, if the opportunity arises in the future would book it again. On a point system of 1 – 5 - we would give it a resounding 5!!!

7 - 10 Guests + baby in cot.
"IF YOU ARE BOOKING 2 WEEKS PLEASE DEDUCT 10% OF THE TOTAL PRICE SHOWN".
(Discount is not given during peak season)
NOTE: If there is there is only a maximum of 1 - 6 persons (+ baby in a cot) in your party then you will be renting the ground floor accommodation.
The upstairs accommodation, which sleeps 4 (+ baby in a cot) will not be rented to any other party while you are there.
The above notes do not apply from 16 July - 2 September because you have to rent the whole of the accommodation, which is 1100 euros for 1 - 10 persons
Please note that the latest check in time at the villa is '23.00hrs'.
We do not accept bookings with flights that land later than 9pm at Malaga airport (apart from delays)
BOOKING NOTES.
50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable)via Bank transfer
The balance is payable in Cash-Euros on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of 200€ or 150GBP will also be taken on arrival.
We also accept Credit Cards as a method of deposit payment (usually cheaper than a Bank transfer)

CHANGE OVER DAY:
During the Summer months on a FRIDAY. (Can be flexible sometimes, please ask)
