The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is one of the world's top tourist destinations. It enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per year and a high average temperature all year round, as well as being protected from the cold winds. Winters are mild, spring and autumn are delightful, and summers are hot but freshened by a sea breeze. Another advantage of the area is the warm average temperature of the sea water, which ranges from 15 to 16 degrees in the winter months and around 20 degrees centigrade in summer. Alhaurin de la Torre is a typically spanish town, only ten minutes inland from Torremolinos.
The property is situated on the outskirts of Alhaurin de la Torre it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Or you can go golfing, horse riding, fishing or walking nearby. Alhaurin has a market on Wednesdays has lots of excellent restaurants and bars.
