The villa is situated on a new quiet residential development close to Ciudad Quesada and short drive to the excellent La Finca and La Marquesa golf courses. It is only 10 minutes from the beautiful Blue Flag Guardamar and La Mata beaches, 10 minutes from Torrevieja town and its beautiful sandy beaches and restaurants. It is close to the main Alicante to Cartagena A37 (AP7) motorway for easy travelling. Within a 5 minute drive is the Quesada village with numerous restaurants, bars, shops, banks, etc. The property offers good sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes on the ground and first floor, 2 bathrooms (one with shower tray on ground floor), living/dining room, kitchen, terraces and communal swimming pool.
It is an ideal location to get to numerous golf courses, beaches, water parks, towns and villages. It is ideal for peace and quiet holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca has a Mediterranean climate with the best all year round temperatures ranging from 16 C to 32 C. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. Many people with arthritis come to the Costa Blanca and within days feel much better. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.
The Costa Blanca has over 100Km of sandy beaches and rocky coves. There are numerous Golf Courses within short driving distances.
The area is well served by cheap flights from Northern Europe to Alicante and Murcia airports.
Algorfa / Pinar Lo Crispin area
Situated some 30 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports, Algorfa is a top destination for golf lovers, with La Finca and La Marquesa golf courses only a short drive away. There are numerous beaches close by as well, many of which have the blue-flag rating, La Mata and Guardamar are particular favourites. Algorfa enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate and the region boasts many citrus groves, including orange and lemon as well as olive trees.
The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area where there are green areas, communal pools and other facilities such as a bowling green, cafe bars, tennis courts, squash courts and mini golf being introduced. The nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants are found in Montesinos, Cuidad Quesada, Benijofar, Rojales and Torrevieja.
The bustling town of Torrevieja with its multiple shopping, fine sandy beaches, bars, clubs and restaurants, is only 10 minutes by car. One of the greatest tourist attractions of Torrevieja has always been its variety of entertainment for young people. There are more than a hundred night bars, the majority concentrated in the so-called El Baluarte area in the La Punta district, which have become a major attraction for thousands of people from all over the world.
Within a short distance of the Villa in Quesada there is an Aqua park with its many long flumes to discover, open from April through September. Another Aqua Park is in Torrevieja.
The closest beach is just 5km away at Guardamar, with its 9 mile long sandy beach. Guardamar is a cosmopolitan town with a vast range of restaurants and a beautiful park - Parque Reine Sofia. Here you will find an abundance of terrapins, ducks, geese, swans and peacocks roaming around the beautifully landscaped gardens and ponds.
Everyday you will be able to visit a market at some town or village in the area. One in Guardamar is held every Sunday.

How to get there
If arriving at Murcia airport, take the AP37 (AP7) towards Alicante and then take the exit number 745 sign-posted for Torrevieja. At the round-about take the first exit which is sign-posted Pinar Lo Crispin. There are 2 toll stations on AP7 costing euros 1.75 each.
If arriving at Alicante airport, again take the AP37 (AP7) towards Cartagena and then take the exit number 745 sign-posted for Torrevieja. At the round-about take the third exit sign-posted Pinar Lo Crispin.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 2 weeks of departure. Please report any damage to our agent.
