Modern, fresh, lovely 2-bedroom apartment with awesome views of orange groves & mountains. Private balcony, private solarium & a sparkling swimming pool on the roof. A short wander to the bars & restaurants. Only 15 minutes from the beach & only 5 Minutes from golfing!

Whether you are a golfer, a sun lover or just want to get away from it all and relax, this apartment is perfect for you. If you're after a faster pace, larger towns such as Torrevieja and La Manga are a short drive away, as are all the great local attractions.

We love our apartment and really can't stress enough how amazing it is to wake up each morning to see the views of the orange grove and the mountains, sit on the balcony, and have a cup of coffee ! The views from the pool and solarium on the roof are even better. Especially when enjoyed with a BBQ or a glass of wine. Or both !

Only 30 minutes away from either Alicante or Murcia airports, this lovely south facing modern apartment overlooks orange groves and mountains on the outskirts of the beautiful small town of Algorfa. A minutes walk takes you into the town which has plenty of local amenities such as shops, bars and cafes, where you can soak up the Spanish culture. There are also some english bars. The stunning beaches of Guardamar and every golfers dream course, La Finca, are just minutes away.

There is also an abundance of birdlife that would impress any birdwatcher !

Along the coastline, there are several excellent wetland reserves from Pego Marsh in the north to La Mata in the south. In between, there are the Santa Pola Salinas, Clot de Galvany and Salinas de Calpe, all worth a visit at any time. Slightly inland, there is Elche's flagship reserve El Hondo with breeding species such as the globally endangered White-headed, Marbled Ducks. Inland, the mountain region holds its own special set of species including Bonelli's, Golden Eagle, Rock & Cirl Buntings, Black Wheatear, and much, much more. (extract from Costa Blanca Bird Club).

Some of the species you can to see form the balcony of the apartment include Hoopoe, Bee-Eater, Sardinian Warbler, Black Redstart, Serin and many more !

Our English representative lives just around the corner and is on hand if you have any problems. They are also our key holder. And of course you can always ring us in the UK at any time.

If you need ANYTHING, just get in touch ! We can arrange for Airport Pickups, Meet and Greets, Welcome Packs etc.

Smokers are welcome but strictly only on the roof Solarium.

As we all have busy lives and do not have time to chase people up for money, 100% payment required on booking please BUT:

Cancel 8 weeks before arrival date - 80% returned
Cancel 6 weeks before arrival date - 60% returned
Cancel 4 weeks before arrival date - 40% returned
Cancel 2 weeks before arrival date - 20% returned

100 GBP Security Deposit required (for any damage or breakages) at time of booking please which is returnable to you 14 days after your departure.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

On average this area has 320 days of sunshine with an average temperature of 24 degrees. There is so much to do in the area, here are just a couple of the highlights not previously mentioned:

Isla Tabarca
The island of Tabarca is found less than 11 miles south-east of Alicante and only three miles from the cape in Santa Pola. With its 1,800 meters long and 400 meters wide, Tabarca offers a real refuge, ideal for a weekend getaway, especially in the off season when you can really enjoy the quietness and the absolute beauty of its landscapes.

Terra Mitica
Terra Mitica is one of Europe's most exciting theme parks and is Benidorm's main tourist attraction. It has something for all age groups and for all 'fear thresholds'. Don't worry about going if you're not a fan of the adrenaline rush as there are always plenty gentler options including some great water rides. To make sure that younger children never feel left out the park has cleverly constructed 15 children's rides which are replicas of the scarier adult version. All in all there is something for everyone at Terra Mitica

Mundomar
Mundomar is a theme park inhabited by aquatic animals such as dolphins, penguins and sea lions as well as tropical birds. As much as possible each species lives within an area closely resembling its natural habitat. A great day out for the children.

Terra Natura
Terra Natura Murcia is a new-generation wildlife park where you can discover the “Zooimmersion” experience – a new concept in habitat design which will enable you to come into contact with the animals as if there were no barriers between you – at least, no visible ones! The 165,445 m² of the Murcia park are divided into two themed areas: the African Savannah and the Iberian Peninsula. At Terra Natura Murcia you can see more than 300 animals from 50 different species, three of which are in serious danger of extinction, plus over 500 examples of more than 50 species of trees, shrubs and ground cover plants from these regions.

The Algorfa / Algorfa Village area

Algorfa is a beautiful small town that lies on flat land by the river Segura surrounded by mountains, orange groves and lemon groves. The town itself offers plenty of local amenities such as shops and cafes, where you can soak up the Spanish culture.

Ideally situated less than 15 minutes inland from the stunning beaches of Guardamar, where you can find a mixture of dunes and pine forests along the coastline. The area is also close to some of Spain’s fantastic golf courses; La Finca is very near by, and you can find La Marquesa, Las Ramblas, Villamartin and La Manga within 30 minutes.

Algorfa has easy access to larger towns such as Orihuela and Almoradi, where you can discover some beautiful sights and find a wider range of amenities.

Algorfa manages to retain its traditional charm and is a perfect place to stay if you want to escape the hustle and bustle, yet it is still close enough to Alicante’s international airport which is 30 minutes away, to make access simple.

“Winter sun in a lovey location, perfect get away” The apartment is in great condition, extremely clean with everything you could possibly need and in a lovely quiet area. We had a fantastic time going for long walks and exploring local towns. Sampling the ridiculously cheap local booze and produce all while sat looking at fruitful orange groves and the great view from the balcony and playing the board games provided. Would love to visit again. Many thanks

“Sunshine & Relaxation” Algorfa is a lovely Spanish Village. This appartment has spectacular views over looking orange groves and mountains. There is a pool on the roof perfect for sun worshipers with an area for BBQ's. The appartement itself is very clean and well looked after, all the facilities you need. When we went the food cupboard had plenty to be getting on with until we could get to the shops. For those brave enough go into the local bakers and butchers, its a treat, everyone is so friendly and helpful, there are also English & Spanish mini supermarkets selling some of the foods we are used to. There are several bars and restaurants in the village square to choose from or a seating area to sit and watch the world go by. A car is a must to visit all the surrounding areas as there seems to be no ongoing bus service. We loved it here and so did the kids.

“A wonderful holiday” During our visit the apartment block was very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves every day. However, during the high season the pool area could become very busy and there is not a lot of room around it. Having said that, there is a large private solarium for the sole use of the appartment occupants. Algorfa itself is very quiet but handily placed for the superb beach and other towns. Car is essential.

“Nice and relaxing but need a car!” The place was nice and clean and tidy and had all the facilities you could need. The local town offered enough shops etc to get by. You do need a car to get around to the larger towns and beaches. All we wanted was a short relaxing breat away prior to birth of our first baby and with being literally the only ones using the pool all week and being in a quiet town it was just what we wanted. There is a restaurant called 'The Vestry' which we would highly reccommend in Algorfa itself.

“Fantastic property and an absolute bargain” We stayed in the property for nearly 2 weeks and it was brilliant. The villa is really clean and everything we needed for our family was already there including books, games console and lots of information regarding sight seeing and also a map. Our children loved it especially the roof top swimming pool. Would highly recomend this property and can't wait to go again!! thanks

“Comfortable apartment. Lovely pool on roof. Everything we needed.” This was a great apartment for us. We drove around the area a lot but also enjoyed the local community pools as well as the one on the roof which was very private. The property had fanc which came in very handy as it was unbelievably hot. The lift also came in handy because we had a push chair and all the bags that come with a young child. Gemma was great to deal with.
