This stylish 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is located on the cliff top overlooking the 5th hole it has stunning views over golf course and distant mountains. 2 bedrooms and a bed settee makes it sleep six people with 1 main bathroom and a en-suite off the master bedroom. Outside it has its own private garden and sun terrace with communal swimming pool including a shallow end for smaller children located straight outside. Fitted with Air conditioning and heating for those winter months in lounge & both bedrooms. Ideal for golfers, couples and familys its the perfect location for relaxation. Only 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants, banks and supermarket located on the La Finca complex.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Alicante/Torrievieja area is said to be one of the healthiest climates in Europe and has many beautiful blue flag beaches. As well as the sophisticated city of Alicante with its fantastic marina and hill top castle built centuries ago there is also the nearby towns of Torrievieja, Elche, Murcia, Orihuela each offerering their own character and history, or for a more family day out try out one of the local waterparks or the Rio Safari Zoo In Elche.

The Algorfa / La Finca area

Algorfa is a quiet spanish village with a few bars and restaurants, the 5* Golf resort of La finca is only 5 minutes drive away. La Finca has its own club house which has fantastic surroundings & on the newly built commercial centre is bars, restaurants, banks & english supermarket. As well as the Beautiful La Finca Golf course is the nearby course's of Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and the famous La Manga is only a hours drive away.
