Superbly located within a very tastefully designed cluster of 16 other traditional style apartments, overlooking the first tee and the new clubhouse / bar/ café / restaurant of this highly rated championship golf course.
Banks and shops are just a short walk, the village of Algorfa is only 2km and the beautiful ‘blue flag’ beaches north of Guardamar are a short drive.

Our superbly appointed apartment has been finished to a very high standard and offers:
* Lounge has very tasteful furniture including luxury leather seating, and old wooden coffee table
(more akin to a 1000 year old olive tree truck), beautiful wood dining table for six, satellite TV
(with radio channels) & DVD player, log fire-place, cosy lighting and a few good accessories to add
the finishing touches.
I refuse to buy just any old thing.
* Fully equipped kitchen - for anyone who likes cooking and entertaining.
* Master bedroom with high quality double mattress, en-suite shower room, plenty of storage & French doors.
* High quality single beds.
* Separate bathroom with bath, shower attachment, wc & bidet
* A top quality, quiet running air-conditioning system with heating.
Further details outdoors:
* Lounge patio doors lead to a quiet, sunset facing terrace with excellent view
over the golf course, mountains and countryside.
* Large separate sun roof terrace with fabulous (almost) 360 degree views.
Teak wood dining for six, sun loungers, plants etc and choice of coal or gas BBQ’s.
*The front door leads down to the shared pool and the gardens, full of plants and shrubs
no more than 30 paces away; supported by a team of gardeners.
*This small gated community has private key access, parking space and supported
by an excellent 24 hour security system.

Deposit of 25% of rental fee is required at time of booking.
Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival at La Finca.
Discounts on longer bookings.
£100 refundable loss / damage deposit is required with final payment.
This will be returned to you as soon after a satisfactory property inspection
and the keys returned to us.
End of stay cleaning - €60 euros (paId locally) - hence low booking prices.
Smoking on the balcony and sun terrace is of course fine.
Late minute reductions & long term special discounts negotiable.

The long coastline of award winning sandy beaches
gently shelve into a warm sea - perfect for all of us.
See real Spain in the local nearby towns of Almoradi and
Orihuela, or drive in to the rugged mountains to Guadalest
village with its castle courtyard.
A visit to the cities of Cartagena & Murcia will satisfy any
desire for history, culture and the arts.
Alicante - a coastal city with tree lined boulevards, a
fabulous marina, sophisticated shops, restaurants
and excellent tapas bars.
Visit Elche for it’s palm trees and safari park, the
Mar Menor for its mud baths; Santa Pola for its castles,
museum and aquarium, or Fortuna with its roman site
and hot springs for swimming and remedial benefits.
Alternatively, Torrevieja offers the water front promenade of cafes, restaurants, a marina & huge market on Fridays, good shops, bowling, a cinema, a water park and a lively nightlife with casinos, clubs, and bars.?
Within an hour’s drive are excellent theme parks and the famous La Manga sports complex.
The Algorfa / La Finca area
La Finca, is a golfer´s paradise - it’s own superb course in an area surrounded by
orange and lemon groves, and a short drive from other top quality courses.
For those who don’t play golf, La Finca is only 15 min from the fabulous ‘blue flag’ beaches -
one with a natural park of palm & eucalyptus trees and pine dunes great for parking and pinics.
Visit the salt lagoons that attract flamingos and a variety of wild birds.
A car is recommended but a taxi for between 5 / 15 mins, will take you to sailing, water skiing, boat hire,
wind surfing, fishing, cycling+ local cycle hire, mountain biking, walking, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, nearby gym + sauna & games, and plenty of good shops, various local bars and restaurants.?
Visit the nearby villages and towns of Algorfa, Almoradi and Los Montesinos
- all with weekly markets, cheap wine, brilliant seafood, olives and much more.
Sit in the plazas, drink at the 'local’ bars, cafe's and restaurants enjoying a
more sedate lifestyle watching continental life roll.
10 min drive to a excellent range of supermarkets and a hypermarket.

Daily flights to Alicante and Murcia Airports (approx. 35 mins from La Finca) serviced by all the low cost airlines inc. Monarch, Easyjet, Jet2, BMI Baby, Thomsonfly and Ryanair.
La Finca is only a mile way from the AP-7 motorway / jnc 734 and makes travelling to and from the airports, and the entire coastline very easy.
Car hire is recommend but do scan the internet for the best options.

Beautiful location,apartment clean well furnished with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Swimming pool 1st class never crowded. We have stayed on La Finca at other apartments this is by far the best location. Near to the local shops bars & restaurants.A car is a must if you intend to ventureout & explore the area eg Algorfa,Montesinos, or Torrevieja.Watch the evening sunset from the balcony it,s unbeatable.We spent 2 wonderful holidays (2 months) in this apartment & would highly recommend. |
