This is in a fantastic area for exploring the very local spanish villages and great beaches, but also has the advantage of a peaceful area for just relaxing. The balcony over the pool gives parents the added security of keeping an eye on the kids. Plus letting the adults go and play golf on a championship course. The large solarium is great for barbecues and sunbathing. There is also a few local bars and restaurants to walk to.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
A great central location for many local villages, beaches and golf courses all within 15 minutes drive. including Guardamar, la zenia and La marina beaches. Villamartin, La Finca, Campoamaor and Marquesa golf courses. The towns of Almoradi, Torrevieja, Guardamar, Orihuella amd Murcia all with great history to see. Terramittica is a great theme park around 40 minutes away near benidorm. Around 1 hour away is some natural hot baths great for a chilly day out.
Algorfa / La Finca area
During mainly the summer months each town has a festival with parades, bull runs, giant paellas fireworks and free music to name a few things. There are two waterparks and salt lakes nearby. Horse riding is also local

Further details indoors: There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a rocking chair and sofa. It has all the equipment you could need for a holiday including a selection of D.V.D.s and hot and cold air conditioning available. There is a burgular alarm for security. It is only 5 years old and very clean.
Further details outdoors: This is a private gated community with electric gates. The pool is for use of the surrounding apartments only and is usually very quiet. The roof has a barbecue, sunbeds and and umbrella plus an eating area.
