Home description
As well as being a championship golf course, La Finca is only a short drive to various blue flag beaches - therefore making it ideal for both golfers and holiday makers. The communal pool and large roof top terrace make the apartment ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Spanish sunshine.
A new commercial centre is located just two minutes walk from the apartment and while not all units are open, there is a small supermarket, cafes and restaurant. The La Finca clubhouse and restaurant are a short drive or 15 minute walk away. The small Spanish towns of Algorfa as well as the beaches of Torrevieja and Guardamar are also close by and offer a further selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Driving from Algorfa in any direction will take you past a beautiful mountainous backdrop and through endless lemon and orange groves. The vibrant coastal town of Torrevieja is within 20 minutes drive and offers beaches, restaurants and shops and a water park.
The blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only a 10 minute drive away and there are many more beautiful beaches within the local area. The historical Spanish towns of Orihuela and Elche are within half an hours drive away and there you can find churches, parks and local squares. Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are also worth exploring, although a little further away. There are also several smaller towns close to La Finca, many of which hold a market – the largest of which is the Saturday market at Almoradi.
Algorfa / La Finca area
The apartment and the surrounding village of Algorfa is a very quiet, peaceful area. However, it is ideally situated just a few yards away from the commercial centre which contains a couple of restaurants, shops and banks. The garden centre, just five minutes walk away, offers a selection of gifts, as well as freshly picked oranges and lemons most of the year round! The club house located at the bottom of the fairway has beautiful golf course views and can offer drinks, tapas and a full menu. A large supermarket is within a 10 minute drive
La Finca itself is a 5* championship golf course and has other quality courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar in close proximity. The restaurant at the club house is one of the best in the area and there are other places to eat and drink at the commercial centre across the road from the apartment.
How to get there
La Finca is close to both Alicante and Murcia airports and takes approx 40 mins from both with easy motorway access (junction 745 off the AP7).
Car hire is available at both airports, and carjet.com usually offers the most value for money. More precise details on directions will be given at time of booking.

Further details indoors: This homely apartment sleeps 4-6 (1 twin bedroom, 1 double and 1 sofabed).
There are two bathrooms with power showers. You will find all necessary modcons to make your stay comfortable (Sky TV, DVD player, aircon, heating, dishwasher etc.).
There is secure parking, and on site security. A communal pool is accessible at the end of the road.
Further details outdoors: The balcony leads out from the living room, and looks out on to the grand entrance to La Finca. In the distance one can see the sea, just beyond the medieval castle which stands on a hilltop.
From the balcony, one can sit and enjoy watching the comings and goings of La Finca, or alternatively, one can wander over to the cafes opposite to do the same.
If you want to really enjoy “al fresco” life, there is also a large, private roof solarium with 2 sunloungers as well as table, chairs and parasol.
Conditions
The house is cleaned ready for your arrival. A pack of basic groceries can be arranged as per your request.
Rental rates include bed linen and towels (not beach towels), electricity and satellite, but a cleaning fee of €50 is to be left in the apartment on departure.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required per week to reserve the apartment. The outstanding balance needs to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. An additional £100 loss/damage deposit is required at the same time and will be refunded in full subject to no loss or damage to the property.
