Home description
The villa is perfect for either a beach or golfing or a sight-seeing holiday. Mar Menor with gorgeous Blue Flag beaches is on the doorstep. There are 3 golf courses in the immediate area. Algorfa, lying on the banks of the Segura, is a lovely market town surrounded by richly fertile countryside, dotted with orange groves.
The villa sleeps six (singles or doubles as required) with fitted wardrobes, TV, Air-con, heaters, fully fitted kitchen including microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron & board. A living/dining area has good size table and seating arrangements. The outside areas are spacious, with the roof terrace having great views.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area is regarded as one of the best on the Costa Blanca with an average of 320 days of sun a year, white sandy beaches, large salt lakes and nature reserves, creating a destination that you will not want to leave.
Algorfa / Pinar Lo Crispin area
The new development at Lo Crispin is situated between Algorfa and Ciudad Quesada, with picturesque views and only 10 mins from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar. The lively town of Torrevieja is 20 mins away and has an Aqua Park, a large selection of shops and local markets. The charming villages of Rojales and Benifor are a short drive away. Within 15 mins are 5 championship golf courses with fees of around £30 - £50 a round.
How to get there
Flights to Alicante and Murcia are now regular and good value from most UK airports. Alicante and Murcia airports are within 30 minute drive of the villa. Hire of a car is strongly recommended. There are a selection of car hire companies at the airports.

These prices are very reasonable in 2007 because this is a new property to the rental market. We are very flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. Prices are in pounds as this is the preferred currency, however, Euros would be considered.
The payment would need to clear before the arrival date, this must include a £100 deposit which would be refunded after cleaning and inventory check on departure.
