1) A fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and a full compliment of cutlery, cooking utensils and glass ware.

2)A lounge dining area which is spacious and bright with sliding patio doors leading out onto a private terrace.
- Furnishings include a dining table with 4 chairs, wall units, coffee table and 3 seater sofa bed settee.
- Satellite Television and DVD player

3) Balcony terrace with table and 4 chairs.

4)Main bedroom which has a double bed, bedside tables with table lamps, fitted wardrobe

5) Second bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside table with table lamp, fitted wardrobe.

6) Bathroom is a 4 piece white suite with shower and bidet.

7) Access to Communal Swimming Pool and Roof Solarium

8) Cot and High Chair are available on request

The apartment sits within a private gated residential community boasting water features and fountains. A communal swimming pool and communal roof solarium is available to all guests.

As the apartment is located on the 2nd Floor and has a balcony, child supervision is advised

The apartment has its own parking area in the Secure Underground Car Park, keeping your car secure and cool.

The apartment also has access to a private roof solarium which receives the sun all day, allowing you to top up your tan.

In adddition to all this, adjacent to the complex, is a large municipal park which has a large swimming pool, football pitch, basketball and children’s play area.

The Apartment is located in a small sleepy Spanish village which has few amenities, therefore a car is Strongly advised.

A non refundable booking deposit of 25% will be required within 7 days of agreed booking

Balance of payment will be due 4 weeks before holiday

Payment via Cheque or Bank Transfer accepted

A 55.00€uro cleaning fee is payable on arrival for Holiday rentals, to the Key Holder

Key Holder is 30 minutes away from apartment, therefore it is advised to contact Key Holder after clearing customs(contact details provided on booking)

The apartment is located in the small, sleepy Spanish village of Algorfa and a very short walk from the renowned La Finca Golf Course. The apartment is conveniently located within a short drive of large towns, amenities and beaches...so you can enjoy all the benefits of an action packed holiday, but still be able to return to a quiet, relaxing village at the end of the day.

Within 15 - 30 minutes drive away are all the facilities and resources you could want such as Blue Flag beaches, many more Championship Golf Courses, Historical Cities and Towns, Spanish Culture, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Nature Reserves, Supermarkets, Shopping Complexes....the list goes on.

The Algorfa / La Fontana Residential area

Resting on the banks of the Rio Segura and surrounded by Orange and Lemon groves is the historic Spanish town of Algorfa. Algorfa is a typical Spanish town with a beautiful central square overlooked by a charming Neo-Gothic church and is lined with Child friendly bars and restaurants serving both Spanish and English food.

Within a short drive, there are plenty of small shops and amenities around Algorfa that will take care of your day-to-day needs such as Banks, Pharmacy, Butchers, Bakers, Post Office, Hairdresser, Hardware and Electrical stores, Garden Centre, and a small English Supermarket. A local shop rents and sells DVDs cheaply, for when you fancy a quiet night in with the aparment's DVD player.

A traditional market is held on Wednesdays in the central market square and on a Sunday, a larger one, which sell fresh fruit and vegetables from the Veja Baja

“Great value for money, ideal base and fantastic for families with young kids!” Had a great 2 weeks at Fontana II. Must start by saying what a lovely peaceful village Algorfa is, there are various places to eat with lots of good food & drink. The apartment was great!! It was fresh, bright, clean and very welcoming as were the key holders Prue & Kevin. It provided a great base for exploring but would definately recommend a car for this purpose. The complex pool was very clean and safe, excellent for our children aged 7 & 9 who are good basic swimmers. Overall, a fantastic holiday!!
