Two bedroom ground floor apartment with 1 double bed, two single beds, sofa bed and travel cot. Bathroom, kitchen, utility room and large L-shaped terrace over looking the community swimming pool. Apartment was new in Summer 2006 and is located close to La Finca Golf Club and Resort in the village of Algorfa. The apartment comes with a communal swimming pool, secure underground parking and is within easy strolling distance of the village square. There are a number of pleasant local bars and restaurants, a small super market within 400 metres. The villiage also contains a bank, bakery, pizzeria, internet cafe, bike hire and many other diverse local shops. The ground floor enables easy access for those with a pram or wheelchair.
There are five quality golf courses within easy reach of the apartment with others slightly further away. For those who want sight seeing the historic cities of Murcia and Alicante are just 35 minutes drive. Elche (famous for its palm trees and zoo) is only a short distance away and the bustling resort two of Torrevieja (with water park) is only 15 km away. The blue flag beach of Guardamar (one of the best beaches in Costa Blanca) is just 13 km away.

Algorfa / Algorfa Village area
La Finca is itself a renowned golf resort, however is within easy reach of numerous beaches, in particular Guardamar del Segura, La Mata and Torrevieja. Only 5 minutes drive away is the town of ALMORADI with a large modern shopping centre and a market twice a week. ALMORADI also boasts clubs and bars for those of you who enjoy to party!!!! Also within easy reach is Elche/Elx famous for its Palm trees and Zoo, Torrevieja is only 15Km and has numerous attractions from shows to water parks. There are the usual street markets, one or more per day held locally (Algorfa itself holds its market on Wednesday). The town of Algorfa, to the north, and Los Montesinos, to the south are primarily semi industrial but retain their typically Spanish identity. During July, Guardamar hosts its famous "Moors and Christians"festival. A must, especially for the children. Los Montesinos is not to be outdone and holds a medieval market during August. If history or culture is looked for then Orihuela has it in abundance and is within 10kms. further a field the cities of Murcia and Alicante beckon Some 45kms away. Benidorm only an hour drive. The national park of "La Pedrera"with cycle trails, hiking and outside picnic and bbq areas within 5 minutes.
How to get there
All budget airlines flying from regional airports
Car hire is available at the airport, many of which can be booked on line. Car hire is available in the village.
Transfers are available on request 35 euros to be paid upon arrival/departure.
If you do not drive, there are a number of companies who will transport you to and from the beaches and towns. There is also a local bus (time table situated on the residential community notice board).

The bedrooms include a double bed (in one bedroom) and two single beds (in the second bedroom) both with fitted wardrobes. Travel cot also provided.
