La Fontana is an apartment complex located on the edge of Algorfa village. The accommodation is 2 bedroom sleeping up to 6 people. The location is ideally suited for golf and beach holidays with La Finca golf course a 5 minute drive away. Blue flag beaches are a short 15 min drive. The village itself has a central square, bars, cafes, restaurants, banks and pharmacy etc.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Algorfa is a typical Spanish village 15mins from the coast. The village is surrounded by orange and lemon groves. The towms of Almoradi and Orihuela are a short drive away and worth a visit. Guardamar is the closest beach and is blue flag and is a short 10 minute drive. The town of Guardamar has plenty of shops and restaurants with a superb children's park. The pine forest has walking trails to the beach which can be accessed from the town.
Algorfa / La Fontana Residential area
The bustling town of Torrevieja is 20 mins away and includes a major shoppping centre with restaurants, casino, bars, cinema and bowling. Water parks at Quesada and Torrevieja make a great day out. Murcia is an old city with a lovely cathedral and museums. An average 320 days of sunshine a year makes this an ideal holiday destination.

Algorfa is 30 minutes from both Murcia and Alicante Airports. From Alicante take the AP-7 and come off at jct 743 marked Algorfa. on entering the village turn left at the lights and proceed up the hill. The apartment is at the top of the hill on the righthand side.
From Murcia take the AP-7 and come off at jct 743 marked Algorfa. Please note there is a toll for the AP-7 coming from Murcia.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people consisting of 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed,2 single beds) and a sofa bed. There is full air conditioning to all rooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a safety deposit box is available. Hair dryer and socket adaptor available. Bathroom has shower as well as bath. Kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge area has comfortable seating and dining. There is UK satellite TV ,DVD and musci system.
Further details outdoors: Large south facing sun terrace with table and chairs. The apartment over looks the pool area and has views of the golf club in the distance. Two sun loungers and a barbecue are suppied.There is an intercom system to the front gate of the complex. The adjacent park has a football pitch, children's play area and swimming pool. La Finca golf course is 5 mins away with the courses at Villamartin and Las Ramblas a short 20 minute drive. All local amenties are in the village along with an English supermarket and bike hire.

Conditions
A £100 damage deposit is required with the final payment. This will be returned at the end of the holiday subject to no major breakages. The final payment is required within 4 weeks prior to holiday or in full at time of booking if booked within 4 weeks of departure
