is a beautiful recently constructed urbanization ,finished to a very high standard.situated near to the famous salt lakes. Lo Crispin has a peaceful setting set amongst citrus growths. Quasada is the nearest village to lo crispin it has supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, chemist etc only 2 mins by car. Theirs a large sunday market within walking distance from villa and other local markets during the week.

Torrevieja offers a superb selection of sports, sailing, diving, tennis, bowling, athletics, football and a gymnasium, fishing, private sport boats, mud baths, the healing waters of lakes La Mata are well renowned and recommended for treatment of a variety of ailments. It's also ideal for golfing holiday there are several championship golf courses located around the area. Other attractions fantastic markets and ancient history and culture. How to get there
Murcia Airport-
take AP37 (AP7) north towards Alicante, take the exit number 745 sign-posted for Torreviaja. At the round about take the first exit which sign posted Pinar lo crispin. They will be toll stations on AP7 charge would be around 1.75 -2.00 euros each.
Alicante Airport
take the same signs AP37 (AP7) heading south towards Cartagena and then take the exit 745 sign posted for torrevieja. At the round about take the 3rd exit sign posted Pinar lo crispin.

Single Bookings £54 per night from May to September and weekend rate £160 from friday to sunday. October to December £50 per night, weekend rate £150. January to April nightly rate 46.00, weekend rate 139.00. ( The figure is worked out pro-rata and anything over that is single rate per night.A holding deposit of £50 this secures your booking, this is non- returnable if the holiday is cancelled after the 6 weeks of your departure by guests. Deposit will be refunded after departure of your holiday allow 14 days once your back in the UK, as long as no breakages or damage to property.
The full payment is required at least 6 weeks before departure date.
On arrival at villa a payment of 50 euros needs to be settled by yourself to the keyholder,
this is for a full house clean on your departure.
Whilst staying at our villa, It is important that each holiday maker takes out full travel insurance especially cover for flight cancellation, theft, accidents etc.
