The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The southern Costa Blanca or White Coast as the name means, has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The area itself is considered to have a very healthy climate. The white beaches of the Mediterranean are about 15 minutes away with numerous old towns just a short drive away, always not far from the inland mountains. Torrevieja is a seaside town located 25 miles south of Alicante airport at the southerly tip of Costa Blanca, it's the nearest large town and just a 20 min drive away. There you'll find a plethora of restaurants, bars ,clubs,and a casino,and there are also some excellent shops. If you enjoy a walk there is a wonderful marina.
Algorfa / La Finca area
La Finca is a golfer's paradise, with not only the superb La Finca course literally on your doorstep, but also numerous other high quality courses nearby such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor all within easy driving distance. For those not of a golfing inclination, La Finca is a perfect base for a beach holiday, with the fantastic blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca, all within easy reach. In order to discover the 'real' Spain, try exploring the nearby towns, such as Alicante, Murcia, Elche, Orihuela and Pilar de la Horadada, each offering their own character and history. Then, after a hard day, come back and relax on the terrace, unwind by the pool or try out the superb restaurant and bar facilities at the La Finca club house or La Cascada.
How to get there
La Finca is approximately 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airports which are both serviced by low cost airlines. We usually fly Easijet or Jet2.com and we find them both very reliable. BMI Baby, Thomsonfly and Ryanair are just some of the other low cost airlines you can use. We can arrange for airport pick up and return should you require this option. There will be a small charge for this service. Please let us know if you want this service when you book. We would however recommend you hire a car and you can do this from the airport. We have found www.email-car-hire.com to be very competitively priced and reliable.
The nearest motorway is the AP-7 and is only 4 miles away making travelling to and from La Finca from anywhere on the Costa Blanca easily done.

Further details indoors: Well appointed apartment which has been furnished to an extremely high standard. Bedrooms furnished with fitted wardrobes and master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Fitted kitchen is equipped to a high standard and there is a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Lounge and dining areas seat 6 and there is British Sky TV if you fancy a night in front of the box! Cot and highchair facilities available on request
Further details outdoors: Doors from lounge lead on to patio area with table and chairs. Steps down into garden area for a lazy day in the sun. Watch the goings on around the pool from the comfort of your own garden or sunbathe by the pool which is only yards from your gate and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. The complex is fully secure and gated. Secure private parking available.

Smoking not permitted inside the apartment. The property is managed by a local British representative who will happily meet you at the apartment or collect you from the airport for a small charge. We can also arrange for a small welcome pack. Please let us know your requirements when booking. Information about the local and surrounding areas is available at the apartment.
Conditions
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A non refundable deposit of 25% of total cost is payable at the time of booking. Balance of payment required 8 weeks before departure. Minimum rental period 3 days. Easter carries a 20% surcharge.
An additional payment of £150 security deposit is required with final payment. This will be returned in full, subject to no loss or damage being discovered to the property on your departure and upon the return of keys. Prices include bed linen and towels. (Not pool)

We had such a relaxing break and thought the apartment was really superb - really well kitted out and furnished. We'd have no hesitation in recommending it to others. The proximity to the pool was so handy - we had considered other appt's overlooking the golf course but with more remote pools and we were so glad we made the right choice.
We had a great time in your lovely apartment, it was perfectly located for our needs and was the most comfortable and best equipped place we've stayed in over the past 18 months (and there have been a few!).
We were very impressed with the apartment. It was very comfortable and well equipped - there wasn't anything we needed. The pool was lovely as was the arrangement of the houses around it. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening looking at the pool lit up!
