Home description

This newly built air-conditioned, 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed house is on one of the most prestigeous and challenging golf courses golf courses on the Costa Blanca. It has a south facing garden patio and a private rooftop solarium-ideal for topping up that tan. All of the bedrooms have king-sized beds together with wardrobes and drawer units. The kitchen is fully equipped and all towels and linen is provided. The lounge has Sky/BBC/ITV television and DVD/CD player with a stock of new films. A shared pool is right outside the house.

Whilst the on site golf is a major attraction-there are over 20 other courses in the area, it is in an area rich in historical old towns. The closest being Orihuela, Elche and Murcia, with Alicante 30 minutes away and Madrid being reached in 2 hours by train. Easy access to Algorfa is from Alicante and Murcia airports which are both served by the low cost airlines.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The climate in this part of the Costa Blanca assures the region of more than 300 days of sunshine a year with average temperatures of between 18c and 20c. The white beaches of the Mediterranean are 20 minutes away with numerous old towns just a short drive away, always not far from the inland mountains.

Algorfa / La Finca area

La Finca iin the midst of a rural environment but never too far away from the necessities of life. Just off the course past the castle is the small town of Quaseda. Passing through an archway you will find shops, banks, post office, cafes and a petrol station.
Torrievieja on the coast has a maze of churches, shops, street cafes and markets - especially the Friday market which is one of the largest in the region.
Not to be outdone, midway between Algorfa and Quaseda the local sunday market can be found - well worth a visit.
Inland is the historic city of Elche with its famous Palm gardens and Safari Park.
This area of Spain is the home of its leather goods so a good bargain in bags and shoes can be discovered

How to get there

By air from to Alicante and Murcia - they are both just 30 minutes away.
Low cost airlines Thomsonfly and Flybe operate daily.
Best car hire rates can be found from Iberocar, best booked online before UK departure.

All guests are met at La Finca, handed the keys after being shown round the property and given a "Welcome Pack" if requested. This can be useful if arriving late in the day if not feeling too adventurous to venture out for supper on that first night. A contact telephone number of the property manager will be given should any assistance be required during the stay. With marble used throughout the home, the emphasis is on luxury from the leather sofas, the spanish tiled wooden dining tables, the king-sized beds to the fabrics used for the curtains. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. A safe is fitted for safe storage of passports and airline tickets.

To protect these furnishings and fabrics this is a NO SMOKING home.
