La Finca allows you to have an all around family holiday, which could include golfing, swimming, tennis, horse-riding, water-sports, water-parks, walking the beach or simply lounging on the solarium or by the pool to relax and top up your tan. The property offers the unique facility of a private Jacuzzi for your use in the garden. There is also the large communal pool available for your use. The property is protected with electric gates.
The area is surrounded by orange and lemon groves with the added convenience of being close to many amenities. There are restaurants, cafes, bars and shops on the site or a short drive or walk to the local Algorfa village with its traditional church and square, to sample Spanish cuisine and hospitality. The surrounding area has many small Spanish villages and Torrievieja on the cost has many interesting features: churches, cafes, bars and the large Marina. There are many local markets held in the area. The closest, on Sunday Zoco Market, is near the Motorway exit about 2 miles from La Finca.

The property is enclosed in a gated community a zapper will be provided for you to access the secure parking a deposit of €50 will be required for this and the money will be returned when you return the keys with the sapper to the key holder on your departure.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca boosts many beautiful beaches with an all year round climate of 300 days sunshine per year and average temperatures between 22 - 32. It is the perfect location for outdoor activities and for holidaying at any time of the year. The historical towns of Alicante, Elche, Cartagena, Murcia and Orihuela are within easy driving distance and offer historical interests with Tapas bars and restaurants.
The Algorfa / La Finca area
La Finca Golf and family complex is in a beautiful rural setting with orange, lemon, olive and almond groves surrounding the area. This is a perfect location for a holiday not in the heart of a busy resort yet close to the coast and major towns with local amenities within walking distance. The La Finca 5 star champion golf course is one of the most challenging in the Costa Blanca region and there are many golf courses within easy driving distances including Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, La Manga to name just a few. If a beach holiday is what you like the excellent Blue Flag beach of Guardamar is a 20 minute drive from La Finca. The surrounding area of the beautiful lilac colored salt Lakes with the flamingos feeding on them. Locally there is tennis, horse riding water park, fishing water sports and go-karting.

We spent over a fortnight here in August 2012 and had a memorable stay. The property was perfect for us (and our two boys ages 3 & 8) and was really comfortable with everything we could want provided for (even fresh milk, tea and assorted items on late arrival).
The convenience of the property to the pool gives great peace of mind if you have young children.
The development itself is a small community with many of the properties lived in all year round and the residents are very helpful and friendly.
The location is superb for running, cycling and mountain biking with decent mountains and some excellent trails not too far away.
The kids loved the orange groves and melon farms that surround this area particularly at sunset.
A car is needed for shopping, eating out and travelling to the beach. I would recommend the beach at La Marina and if eating out try Guardamar for seafood restaurants.
Will be re-booking again here no problem.

In a quiet location near a couple of bars and a small shop for essentials - car needed. Location of the property is excellent as you only have to walk out of the gate and you are at the communal pool. The property was in excellent condition and very clean and tidy. Advantages of this property were the two bathrooms, air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The roof terrace was an excellent place to sit and relax and had great views of the nearby mountains. Would recommend to others and hopefully we will return in the future. Jacuzzi was a bonus and was well used!!
