La Fontana Residential is a beautiful, brand new 2 bed apartment sleeping up to 6 people. The large south facing balcony gives access to a solarium above with a shower & bbq area which is very private & has fabulous views of the mountains & in the distance is La Finca golf course. The lovely pool is situated next to the apartment , all of which is in a secure gated complex with very nice communal areas which have ornamental fountains etc. This is a terrific place for a family or couples to spend a super holiday. Dad, if he wishes can play Golf 2 mins up the road at the oasis that is La Finca golf course, while mum & the children relax by the pool, then in the afternoon the whole family can go to the beach which is 10 mins away & eat at the many beachside cafes & restaurants. Don't worry mum! you can go the day after, to the soon to be completed spa at La finca.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region in which Algorfa sits is semi-rural, with acres of orange and lemon groves lining the roads in and out of the village. The great towns of Murcia, Orihuela and Alicante are just a short drive away and well worth a visit. Murcia has a lovely cathedral, excellent shopping and an old casino. Guardamar is a lovely town 10 minutes away, with museums, pine groves, parks and miles of golden sands. On saturday morning, there is the famous 'mile long' market along Flamenco beach. However, ther region is starting to be known as The Golf Coast with 15 championship golf courses located between Alicante and La Manga, and a further 10 in the planning stages, so visitors are guaranteed an excellent round of golf ! An average of 320 days of sunshine a year means you are unlikely to miss many tee times due to rain.

Algorfa / La Fontana Residential area
Algorfa is a typical Spanish village, with the central square, bars, tapas, banks, pharmacy, hairdresser, bakeries, hardware stores, electrical stores, garden centre and a small supermarket. There is a restaurant serving local dishes not far from the apartment. On Sundaymornings, there is an excellent market on the outskirts of the town. Surrounding the village are orange and lemon groves, and a footpath that leads directly to La Finca Golf Course.(which is competing to stage the 2008 Spanish Open)
How to get there

Algorfa is 30 mins away from either airport. From Alicante take the AP-7 & come off at junction 743 (Algorfa) on entering the village turn left at the traffic lights & after approx 500mts turn right and the apartments are at the bottom of the road, turn left up to the vehicle entrance & operate the electric gates to the underground garage, number 37 is your space.
From Murcia use the A-P7 again & come off at junction 743(Algorfa) & follow directions as above.( their is a small toll of 5 euros from Murcia to Algorfa only). Local taxis are available at both airports or we can arrange pick-up via our keyholders for around 35 euros.

Further details indoors: This apartment is brand new & everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is air conditioning to all rooms, bedrooms have built in wardrobes & there is also a shower as well as a bath in the bathroom. The utility room has a washing machine should you need one.
Further details outdoors: The large balcony gives access to the private solarium which has a shower, lighting, power sockets, sunbeds bbq & paddling pool for young children, all this & the views of the mountains & orange groves makes this a superb outside space. The swimming pool is located right next to the apartment. There is an intercom in the flat that operates the front gates & vehicular entrance is via the electric garage door to the underground garage, & then access to the apartment is via the lift or staircase.

An end of visit clean and laundry service is provided at a cost of 30 Euro, which is paid to our key holder in cash on arrival.
A welcome pack is available if required.
A £100.00 refundable breakages deposit is required with the final payment.
Final payment is required 10 weeks prior to start of holiday or in full at time of booking is booked with 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellations of the apartment will be considered with 50% refund within 10 weeks, 30% refund with 6 weeks, 10% within 4 weeks and no refund less that 2 weeks of the start of the holiday.
