About the home

The Villa is in a new development whose atmosphere is very much one of relaxation in the sunshine. There is a wonderful swimming pol for use of the residents only. There is a bar/restaurant within 200 yards of the property. The residential area is very peaceful and safe for children.

Car hire is strongly recommended.

The property is furnished to a very high specification very well equipped and includes 2 bathrooms. The property has part air conditioning in the loung and master bedroom.

The area is renowned for it's sunny beaches and is home to some dramatic ranges, blue flag beaches and superb dining. Torrevieja is just 20 minutes away with over 100 bars to chooses from. The town of Quesada is very close, with shops, many restaurants and a water park for children. Golf courses include Villa Martin. Las Ramblas and Campoamor..Wildlife is abundant on the Salt Lakes.

The villa has a private garden area which is ideal for a spot of sunbathing or where children can play.

You enter the villa straight into the lounge area which is comfortably and stylishly furnished with two sofas. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD/Radio player for your use.

The dining area adjoins the lounge and has a large dining table and comfortable dining chairs.
From here you can access the open plan kitchen area which is fully equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer, built-in oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The lounge, dining area and kitchen have air-conditioning/heating.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 double, 1 twin.

There is a good sized family bathroom on the 1st floor which has a shower over the bath. A further shower room and toilet is downstairs.

The rooftop solarium enjoys all day sunshine. It's perfect for sunbathing on.

The communal swimming pool is surrounded by a grassed area for sunbathing and there are 2 showers. The pool is only accessible to residents in the immediate vicinity surrounding the pool by way of a private key making it very safe and private.

This is a new villa that is furnished to the highest standards. Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are all included and a Welcome Pack, cots, highchairs and buggies can be arranged at an extra charge if you wish. Local support is provided by our local agent who will be pleased to assist with any special requests.Miranda is a new development designed to make an ideal base for the family with a great communal pool less than 2 mins walk away. Quality modern furniture.

Travel Cot available at an extra charge of just 2.50€ per night.

Ciudad Quesada is new and modern with a large selection of bars restaurants and shops as you enter through the towns main arches.

Guardamar is an ancient town built on a hill overlooking the river Segura. It has a wonderful promenade, ideal for a stroll and maybe stop for some very tasty Tapas in one of the many restaurants.
