The house consists of two flats on the ground-floor:
The first ("ORSA MINORE" the blue one on the plan) has an inhabitable area of 40 square meters and a veranda of 30 square meters.Inside you have 5 beds. This apartment consists of a sleeping room with a double-bed and a single bed that you can open, a space in the night zone with a sofa bed, a small living room where there is a single bed to open , a bathroom. There is an air-conditioning system.
The second ("ORSA MAGGIORE" the red one on the plan) has an inhabitable area of 90 square meters and a veranda of 35 square meters. Inside you can have 8 comfortable beds or, if you need, 10. The flat consists of two sleeping rooms with a double-bed and a single bed, a room with two single beds, a living-room with two single beds, an angle cooking, two bathrooms. There is an air-conditioning system.

These 1200 hectares are also known as the ‘Arca’ meaning ‘Noah’s Ark’.
This area provides an ideal habitat for many species of animals: the Sardinian partridge, the griffon vulture , the peregrine falcon, the sparrow hawk etc.
