The Sardinia region

The spacious kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, ample storage cupboards and island.
There is a large dining area, which seats six comfortably. Five sets of French-doors and shutters open to the back and front of the Casa onto the glorious garden and terraces.
The spacious bedrooms are all double, two with double beds and one with twin. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor is private and has a very comfortable double sofa bed with French doors opening onto a terrace.
The downstairs bathroom is a wet room fully tiled with wc, bidet, sink and washing machine. Upstairs there is a beautiful bathroom with bath and shower, wc, bidet and sink. This is a lovely room with mahogany chest of drawers for towels. There is also a second wc with bidet, sink and storage cupboard. A new sweeping marble staircase sets the Casa off perfectly.
