In an exclusive resort village by the sea, inside a natural park and on a natural sea-park, we offer a beautiful apartment in villa. Casa del Lentisco recently completely restored and furnished (new furniture, air conditioned). Apartment Casa del Lentisco has one double room, a room with 3 level bunk beds perfect for kids and family. The living room has a sofa, TV, and dvd player, every comfort. The flat can accommodate 5 people. Casa del Lentisco has 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven and a covered veranda of around 40 square metres which is well equipped for outdoor living. This is a peaceful area to relax in with a great feeling of quiet and privacy. Entrance is independent directly from the covered veranda where you can enjoy our wood beds and external sofas.
Casa del Lentisco is placed at the ground floor of a villa composed by 5 apartments. The villa is surrounded by a private mediterranean garden filled with fragrant herbs such as rosemary, sage, thyme, mirto and lentisco, large palm trees and ficus trees. The distance from the beach is around 300 meters. It’s possible to move to the beach under shaded pedestrian paths surrounded by mediterrean gardens inside the village. Cleaning service available.

Apartment Casa del Lentisco Capocaccia in the most exclusive private resort in Alghero Sardinia Italy In the surrounding territory close to Capo Caccia headland, 20 minuts from Alghero, in a exclusive residential park by a private sandy beach, our apartment is recently completely renovated. The private residential park is inside natural and sea parks protected by conservation laws. The Casa del Lentisco is a flat placed at the ground floor of a villa composed by 5 units. The villa is surrounded by a private mediterrean garden filled with fragrant herbs such as rosemary, sage, thyme and lentisco, a large palm tree and a ficus tree. The distance from the beach is around 300 metres, it's really comfortable to move to the beach under shaded pedestrian journey internal at the village surrounded by mediterrean gardens . From the beach enjoy the evocative Capocaccia's promontory view Alongside the lovely sandy Capo Caccia beach is a huge swimming pool with lifeguard and a separate large pool for children. Lifeguards and free sandy beds available from easter to october. There is a restaurants reserved to the villa's guests including one by the pool. Swimming pools are part of the village's Club House that offers also billiards, television room and reading room. Club House, restaurant and swimming pools open from june to september. Inside the village there are 2 tennis court completely renovated. From June to September are available also supermarket, newspaper and pizzeria. Further details outdoors: Village swimming pools open from June to September (the date of closure 2009 will be between 13 and 20 september and depends from the decision of the swimmingpools manager). Private village beach facilities (bed, chairs, sun umbrella, lifeguards) included in price available from Easter to the end of October. Supermarket open from mid June to 10 September (date of closure more depends from the supermarket manager). Club House access included in price open during summer period. Tennis courts available on advance request during winter period.

If you rent a car you need a remote control to open the gate of access of the resort,deposit 50,00euro for this remote control. Final Cleaninig 50,00 euro. Bed and bath linen not included. Garden around the villa is shared with other apartments.
