Alghero / Lido area
Alghero little city is rare example of well conserved historic city founded by Catalans in XV century in all the Island context.
The little city contains examples of really good conserved gothic churches as “S. Michele” , "San Francesco" and the Cathedral.
The surrounding landscapes is well preserved, you have to enjoy Capo Caccia, Nettuno Grotto, Bombarde and Lazzaretto beaches and of course Lido S.Giovanni main Beach!
How to get there
You have to arrive at “Alghero Fertilia” airport, really good served by low cost flights! Some Companies examples are: “Air One” , “Alpi Eagles Airlines” and “Ryanair”, etc
Outside the Airport is shuttle service to go/return from Alghero city, the nearer stop to the flat is that one in front of Train Railway Station( about 300 metres from the house!)
There is also a taxi service available 24hrs per day ( maximum cost is 25 euros).
“Portotorres” that is far no more than 30 minutes from Alghero is nearer ferry port, you can arrive from Genova by Ferry with the “Grandi Navi Veloci”; or from Livorno, Piombino, Civitavecchia, all connected to the Sardinian port of Olbia, about 2 hours far from Aghero.

The rooms are all very large and equipped, the bathrooms are huge! There is one with shower and another one with bath where you can relax yourself !
There is a large kitchen and a living room, with sofa and armchairs and TV! There is CD player as well so during night you can enjoy the view whilst dancing on the terrace!
Further details outdoors: The flat is located on the Lido S.Giovanni beach area , the quarter is really good served, there are pizzerias and restaurants around, more bank, postal office, supermarkets with really good typical food and shopping mall at 300 meters distance!

Weekly cleaning is not included in the apt rate. A 100 Euro charge for final cleaning will be added to the total bill.
Payments have to be "cash": 50% at the booking (bank transfer); the rest at the apartment entrance (50%). A security deposit of 300 Euros will be requested upon arrival, as a guarantee, to be returned at the check-out, after having checked the status of the apartment and all its belongings.
