Building this 4 new villas we had a look also for the design quality as the owner is an architect, but you know is not easy have a good idea of a place from the photos, and unfortunately for us is always a good surprise for our guest discover villas better than expected...what if the pictures could be more realistic!
Each villa (but the seacret pearl) has an own private pool and is characterize for little differences to meet the different needs.
The key point is that you have the unique opportunity to stay in a comfortable villa in a nice place near the most famous Sardinian town far from the noise of the busy

Each villa has his own gate (with remote control) and a private -one per villa- pool garden and BBQ.
We care about enviroment protection. This is why we equipped the villas just with all A class house appliances. And also the hight termal insulation mantein the villas cool even in hottest days (in any case the funs are provided)

In front of the villa you could see the last cork oak wooded hills; is part of the property and we plan to open this 3 hectares private park with many paths and gazebo. From your veranda you could easily see hawks and goats, but also fox, weasel, curl and owl.
The 6 Km road lead to the holy sanctuary of Valverde's Madonna, Alghero holy mother. In the first 2 km there is a cycle track. Every morning and evening is full of people running or cycling. In the weekend the people goes walking to Mass in the countryside church.
This is why we are glad to provide you bicycles and encourage you to discover this very tipical Alghero area, hart of the rural tradition.

Alghero is situated on the north-western coast of Sardinia within the homonymous gulf.
The climate is a sub-tropical warm climate with long dry summers and mild damp winters.
Alghero counts many fantastic beach: Lido, Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Mugoni, Porticciolo, Porto Ferro, Poglina. But you can find also sites pre-istorical sites, Nuraghe, Domus de Jana. And don't forghet the wanderfull caves of Nettuno...and many more.
The Alghero area
Alghero has a terrific historical-centre, a strong Catalan culture, and great fish dishes.
With a number of different activities to do: from cultural to natural sites, from relaxing on beach to watersports, and also many bars & restaurants available at every hour, Alghero is the best place in Sardinia where you can try the nice mix of life and relax, charm and not expensive rates...the best deal for families and for friends.

The best way is by Ryanair from 3 airport from UK, Ireland, Germany and Spain. From April to October, also by some other tours operator (e.g. TUI). From Italy (Rome and Milan) by AIRONE. By ferries from Genova-Livorno (Tirrenia-Grimaldi-Mobylines), during summer also from France.
All the main car hire companies are based in Alghero.

"This villa is situated in a peaceful and idealic setting, with its own private pool and outside BBQ we didn't want to leave. The owner, Giuseppe, was extremely helpful and friendly and even met us from the airport. The town of Alghero was a 5 minute drive away, with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
