Near to Alghero (north west coast) we are renting out a 4 bedrooms split levels house in a village (Villanova Monteleone) surrounded by unspoiled area of natural beauty and lots of archaeological sites. Ryanair flies daily from Stansted and Alghero's airport is only 40 minutes away. The property is only a 15 minutes drive away from the beach (Spiaggia Poglina) and a 10 minutes drive to the Lake Temo. The view from the roof terrace facing all the Logudoro country side is breathtaking. If you love nature and tranquillity, archeology, hills, lakes, the sea and the beaches you can have them all. Villanova Monteleone is a little village at 600m above sea level retaining all Sardinia's traditions and surrounded by a lake on one side and the sea on an other.

The Sardinia region
Sardinia (pronounced /sɑrˈdɪnɪə/; Italian: Sardegna; Sardinian: 'Sardigna' or Sardinnya) is the second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea (after Sicily). The climate in the mountains tends to be wetter and cooler than the lower coastal plains; and winter snowfalls are not uncommon in the higher peaks.

Minimum stay 1 week. Rates do not include cleaning services.. To secure a reservation guests are requested to pay 30% of the total amount. The remaining 70% fee must be paid 2 months prior arrival. A deposit of £150 is required for accidental damage. The deposit will be return 3 days after you leave the premises.
In case of cancellation prior 2 months of the arrival the deposit will be return in full, afterwards the guest will incur on the loss of the anticipated deposit.
