The apartment is located at the basement floor of a building of three floors, where only renters have access through automatic gates. It is located in a very quiet small street yust five minutes walk from the beach. Very close there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pizza restaurants. The centre of the town is fifteen minutes walk. The apartment is cool in summer as it is situated at the basement floor and very quiet. The building where the apartment is located has a beautiful shared garden and a courtyard where children can play, which are very safe as only tenants have access to them.
