Strictly no smoking.There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.To secure a reservation 20%of the total rent amount is required upon booking.The full balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.

An additional fee of 55 pounds is required for the provision of laundry and cleaning of the apartment.
