The Alfaz del Pi / Albir area
Albir is a good size town to holiday in it big enough to fill most or probably all your holiday requirements with out being loud and rowdy. But has Benidorm, Terra Natura, Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Aqualandia on it doorstep.
Albir is a small town which joins the larger town of Altea along the edge of the beautiful bay with breathtaking views over the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. The sea front is a marble promenade which provides a nice walk from Albir to Altea passing lots of bars and restaurants along the way.
Within Albir town there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants, the restaurants range from less than €3 for an English breakfast, three course meal including half a bottle of wine, chicken and chips for less than €10, a three course Chinese meal from €4 to various quality sea food and steak restaurants where you can get a real quality meal for €12.
If however you would like to go a little wilder for one or two nights, Benidorm is .85 cents on the bus, or €7 in a taxi.
