The apartment is located near the beach, only around 300 metres from the sea, and close to the main gate of the village. The flat is also near a swimmnig pool , can be reached easily (first floor) so kids and elderly can access it. It has 3 big bedrooms and a big reception room and 2 balconies. The rooms are fully furnished with 2 small beds in two rooms and one big bed in the third room.

Each room has a Cabinet for storing clothes. The reception room contains a dining table, two couches and 3 big chairs as well a TV connected to a central satellite. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge , gas oven, fan and dishes, as well as containers and cups. There are two bathrooms with showers and one of them has a washing machine. The rooms and reception are cooled by ceiling mounted fans.

The North Egypt / Cairo / Alexandria, Egypt region

The property is located in Kilo 56 North coast, which is around 45 kilometres to the west of Alexandria. The weather is mild throughout the year, making this a very suitable destination for the summer season as well for winter. The location is close to Marouh and Alexandria cities where you can get home related stuffs as well variety of foods and daily life things.

You can visit a lot of historical and ancient places especially in Matrouh (located 30 kilometres from the property to the west ) especially museum Al-Alameen which has the details of the second world war with all details of that war. In Alexandria (located 35 Kms to the East of the property) you can go to Kaitbay Citadel and the great fish museum and enjoy the sea side in Montazah .

How to get there

You can get to Alexandria international airport then by cab you can reach the village within 20 minutes. If you arrived to Cairo International airport you can take a cab for the 4 hours drive to reach the village

The rooms are 3 big bedrooms with one big reception room. Each room has 2 small beds (in two rooms) and one big bed (in the master bedroom). The rooms have Cabinets for storing clothes. The reception has 2 sofas and 3 big chairs as well a TV connected to a central dish, and dining table with 6 chairs.

The apartment looks onto a swimming pool with two areas, one for adults and smaller one for kids. The sea is close to the property (300 metres only) In addition to this there is a fantastic panoramic view with a sense of freedom and luxury as well, especially after sunset.

You can access easily the shopping mall (few meres from the Chalet) as well rent bikes and go for a free beach entertainment all the time.

For additional cleaning (you will relieve the property clean but if you request extra cleaning you need to pay 20 USD for cleaning the whole chalet)

For longer periods of rent ( more than 1 month a special rate of 100 USD per night can be applicable) , and for 2 months rental 85 USD per night will be applied .
