Superbly furnished Large Air Conditioned Villa, Private South facing pool. Peaceful village location, 10 mins drive to Larnaca, short walk to local Tavernas, 4 bedrooms with 3 King size beds, 1 Twin, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 11, FREE WIFI. Modern, spacious, immaculate throughout with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Scenic village with large pool/terrace and lovely views. The cosmopolitan Larnaca town has several sandy beaches and surrounding villages offer a variety of restaurants.

Kalithea offers a large rear terrace which has landscaped gardens and a large private pool are bathed in sun from morning until evening. Fully equipped with sunloungers, pool towels and a stylish gazebo with rattan dining furniture for your relaxation and dining. A gas BBQ is also provided.

The leisure facilities and all indoor furnishings are of the very highest standard to ensure that our guests have a luxurious and unforgettable holiday in a homely atmosphere. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen are all very modern and spacious and give easy access to the rear terrace and pool. FRE WIFI

The open plan lounge/dining room is very spacious and has Satellite TV, a DVD player and an i-pod docking station.

The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and overlooks the rear terrace/pool..

All bedrooms have balconies with either pool or open views....the views from the master bedroom and Green room are very scenic.

Family bathroom with bath/shower over.

En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with multijet power shower.

There is a travel cot and a high chair, stair gate and a selection of toys can be provided for our guests who have small children.

All rooms have air conditioning.

Further details outdoors:
The very large rear terrace comfortably accommodates the sunloungers, the stylish gazeebo, outdoor dining furniture and the gas BBQ. The perfect setting for any party, in particular a summer party or a wedding party!

There is an outdoor pool shower, pool towels are provided and included in the rental.

To enable you to start your holiday from the minute you arrive, a grocery welcome pack is available by arrangement. List the items of your choice i.e. water, milk, bread, butter, cereal, fruit, eggs, fruit juice, tea, coffee, beer, wine etc. and they will be in the villa waiting for you. Your holiday starts from the minute you arrive!

Our property manager, Angela, who is English, lives near by and is always on hand to help and advise on local tips, directions etc,etc. She will meet you on your arrival at the villa for handover of keys and will be available if required to assist you generally during your stay.

Conditions

To secure your booking, a booking deposit of £200 is required for each week or part week of the booking, the final payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival.

Refundable security/breakages deposit of £200 required with final payment, to be refunded within one week of your departure

The Larnaca region

Larnaca is a very cosmopolitan town offering everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is often un-appreciated by those who don’t know any better, who think it is merely home for the islands main International Airport.

Larnaca boasts a beautiful promenade lined with palm trees and pavement cafes, a marina full of multi-million pound yachts and boats, boat trips, scuba diving, world-wide cuisine, great shopping (Zara and Mango are here!), sandy beaches, water sports, good nightlife, history, culture and tradition. In addition to all of the things Larnaca its self has to offer it is perfectly placed on the island making it an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the island.
Larnaca Airport 15mins, Nicosia (the Islands Capitol city) 40mins, Limassol 25mins, Ayia Napa 45mins, Paphos 1 1/2hrs, Troodos Mountains 1 hr.

The Alethriko area

Alethriko is a tranquil village situated in a valley surrounded by pine trees, an ideal retreat for those wanting to totally relax. The village is reknown locally for its panoramic views and tranquility where only the birds break the silence.

The village centre is a short stroll away where you will find the locals in the coffee shop playing backgammon, a supermarket, church and two local tavernas. For those who enjoy walking there are tracks leading up to the top of the hills of the valley to admire the breathtaking sea view to one side and the panoramic views over the valley on the other.

Kalithea Villa is 1km from the centre of the village and just a short walk to the nearest taverna-12 EUR for a massive meze (big mix of grilled meats, salad and lovely Cypriot potatoes). Lots of other tavernas within 15 minutes' drive to many of the nearby villages or a 15 minute drive down the coast to Zigi or Makenzie for a fabulous fish meze.You are spoilt for choice and certainly won't go hungry!!

Larnaca town has several sandy beaches with sun beds, umbrellas, water sports, scuba diving, snack bars and restaurants. Other quiet beaches which are ideal for a picnic are 10 mins drive.

Nearby attractions include:- Just 5 minutes drive away is the recently opened Olympic standard shooting range in Klavdia, (hosts to the European Championship Shotgun event which is run by the European Shooting Confederation), Lefkara, a traditional lace making village, Mazatos Animal Park, Ten Pin Bowling, Cinema and Go karting........something for every body.


The beauty of Alethriko is that while the village is so tranquil and idyllic, it is only a 2 minute drive to the main motorway and centrally placed on the island so anyone wanting to explore the many things Cyprus has to offer can do so with ease.

“Well maintained and spacious” A lovely clean villa and well maintained pool, very quiet location but easily accessible from the motorway and within easy reach of Larnaca and other major cities. There were 9 in our party and there was ample space in the villa and we all had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Manager very helpful. (Field family middlesex aug 2012)
