Fully equipped to a high standard. Remote controlled air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beach. Free WIFI Internet access.

You will love the uninterrupted sun all day - no buildings for the sun to hide behind from sunrise to sunset!

Whether you want to laze by the pool or discover the delights of Cyprus there is plenty to see and do for everyone; visiting historical sites, amazing flora and fauna, walking, cycling, horse riding, water sports to name but a few.

Each bedroom has access to a balcony, being the ideal place to relax and enjoy pre-dinner drinks. The master bedroom with king-size bed has a fully-tiled en suite power-shower room. There is a double bedroom and two twin-bedded rooms. All bedrooms are fitted with floor to ceiling built-in storage space. A fully-tiled family bathroom with over-bath shower completes the upper floor accommodation. A balcony is reached from each bedroom, through patio doors, with two sets of bistro table and chairs on the balconies.

The house borders an open field.

Extended outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. Chairs from the two balcony sets can also be used to give seating for up to 10 persons.

Gated driveway suitable for two cars, together with car port, which can either house a car, or be used for covered outside dining.

There is a also plenty of on-street parking as the villa is at the end of the road & faces an open green area, which as children's swings, see-saw, etc.

Charcoal barbecue.

Short walk to the nearest taverna, about 12 euros for a massive meze (big mix of grilled meats, salad and lovely Cypriot potatoes] or slightly longer to a more recently opened taverna serving traditional food & some pasta dishes - both are great value as this is a traditional village not a tourist trap! Lots of other tavernas within 15 minutes' drive, as is the metropolis of Larnaca. Good supermarket in the village. Also two supermarkets, a butchers, & bakery are 3 km drive away in the next village, Elemos cash & carry, together with the hypermarkets of Orphanides, Carrefour & Lidl are 15 minutes' drive away in Larnaca.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phill (the owner) a message.

If Phill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
