This is a beautiful 2 hundred year old stone farm house of about 160m² set in the quiet village of Boisset et Gaujac. The house is in a 2 acre garden in a green belt area affording you peace and tranquility, the stone farm house has a private garden and entrance with over 60 olive trees, stone terraced walls and a shady patio under an ancient fig tree. The big swimming pool (shared with owners who do all the pool cleaning)with sun beds and a shady outside lounge area is a fantastic place to relax and soak up the southern sun shine, before dipping in the warm water.

The house itself is cool and welcoming downstairs you will find a big family fully equipped country kitchen, a lounge sitting area with English TV, WIFI, a large twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bath and two sinks and a sperate toilet.

Upstairs a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite shower toilet and two sinks, one other very large double bedroom and a second living area (40m²) which doubles up as a fourth bedroom with 2 double sofa beds, ideal for children

The patio has outside table and chairs, a BBQ is also available.

Ideally situated for those who like to relax in the quiet of a French Olive grove, but not too far from everything to visit, try, taste and do.

The price listed is subject to the number of people staying, Bed linen is supplied for £10 per head per week, no towels are supplied, cleaning is charged at 120€ per week.

Boisset et Gaujac is 5 km east of the touriste town of Anduze,known as the gate way to the Cevennes. Anduze is also known for its potteries, Steam train, grotte de Trabuc and the Bambouseraie. 40km south east is the well known town of Uzès with its markets and the near by "Pont du Gard" before either going to Nîmes for its Roman history,windy roads and lots of lovely restaurants or on to Avignon to visit its bridge. This is an ideal area for those who love walks in the cevennes, Cycling with the famous Mont Ventou or sun bathing on the long sandy beaches of the Grande Motte and not to mention the wine with a huge choice of vineyards to visit and of course taste.
