1 Elizabeth Court is a spacious and bright lower ground floor apartment set on the seafront near to the popular town of Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Part of an attractive converted Edwardian building, the apartment is within a few yards of the beach, as well as being close to the local shops, bars and restaurants.
On entering the apartment, there is a wide entrance hall which has space for the good size dining table and chairs. The sitting room has 2 very comfortable sofas, a large TV with Sky and doors opening out the lovely decked garden that is private to the apartment. This decked garden is a great place to enjoy some summer sunshine and has a table and chairs so you can enjoy an 'al fresco' meal or drinks. The kitchen is small but functional and has an oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
There are 2 good sized bedrooms. The first has a double bed and plenty of storage space with drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom can be used as either a double room or a twin room, as it has pull-out twin beds that can be pushed together. There is also a large wardrobe in this room. There is a family bathroom which has a bath with a shower over it.
Between Elzabeth Court and the beach is a grassed area that is a comunal garden for use by the residents of Elizabeth Court and there is a path to the side of this giving direct beach access. There is no private parking for the apartment, but on street parking is available in Victoria Road South and there is a public car park nearby.

Regarded as one of the sunniest spots in the UK, there is nor shortage of things to do in this area. There are numerous sporting activities in the area, including water sports, golf, horse racing and motor sports. There are a lot of historical places of interest to visit such as museums, monuments and castles and there are lots or pretty towns and villages nearby.
It doesn't matter if people want a quiet break or an active holiday, this location is equally suitable and it is also very accessible to major towns and cities.
1 Elizabeth Court is ideally located for the beach and all the amenities the local area has to offer. It is a very short walk from the local shops on the Aldwick high street and is also within walking distance of Bognor Regis town centre, beach front and pier. The popular promenade on the beach front makes for a lovely walk in either direction along the shore. The Butlins holiday resort is within easy reach along the seafront promenade and day visitors are more than welcome.
A little further afield are the historic cathedral cities of Chichester and Arundel. Both offer a wealth of interesting shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as some historic sight-seeing and cultural attractions. The larger cities of Portsmouth and Brighton are also within easy driving distance or a train ride along the coast. Portsmouth is perhaps most famous for being home to the Royal Navy, whereas Brighton has the famous Royal Pavilion and a huge selection of independent shops. London is also within reach by train, with a direct service from Bognor Regis to London Victoria.
