Kitchen diner, utility room, 1st floor triple aspect sunny drawing room with french windows and iron railing balcony with both sea and river views, TV, iPod doc and CD player. Walled courtyard and private patio, offstreet parking for car or boat. Linen, Towels & Changeover Cleaning included. Well behaved dogs by arrangement only.
