Aldeburgh, on the Suffolk Heritage Coast has a great range of activities for those favouring the outdoor holiday, everything from lazing on the beach to cycle rides and coastal walks.
Also famously the home of Benjamin Britten, there is now the world renowned Snape Matlings Concert Hall, hosting the Aldeburgh Festival now in it's 60th year.

Recently travelled to Aldeburgh for the first time, and loved the weekend. Cottage was perfect location for all restaurants and shops. Cottage had every thing you would need for self catering... more |

Absolutely perfect location, in a quiet back street, 1 min from the beach. Easy to park. Comfortable, clean accommodation, a home from home. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning. |

We stayed for a week in this beautifully restored cottage and had a nice relaxing break. It is literally over the road from the beach, and just a two minute walk from shops, restaurants and pubs etc. There is everything you could need in the cottage (including a washing machine and dishwasher) and the quality of the furnishings was excellent. The owner is on-hand for any problems or queries, and we enjoyed it so much we will definitely be returning. Thank you Paul. |
