Home description232a is a charming two bedroom house located in the heart of this historic town. Generous size sitting/dining room with high ceilings and fire place. The kitchen has hob, oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer and stable door to courtyard garden. The bathroom has a three piece suite with corner bath, separate shower cubicle and wash basin all brightly decorated and is a feature of the house with separate wc. There is a king size bed and high ceilings in the master bedroom and double bed in the second bedroom. The house is decorated in simple neutral colours(except the bathroom!!) but with good quality furniture and fittings.

The east coast in particular is known for it's two famous towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold with many other pretty villages in the area and the Quirky but charming Thorpeness. Officially designated as a heritage coastline the the area has abundance of open countryside , long uninterrupted beaches and of course that marvelously relaxing sea air. The area is steeped in history with castles to visit at Orford and Framlingham and the world famous archaeological site at Sutton Hoo. There are plenty of opportunities to pursue other hobbies such as sailing, bird watching, golf , horse riding or indeed shopping in any of the market towns in the area or the County town of Ipswich with its rejuvenated dock area and large shopping centre. Aldeburgh areaAldeburgh is renowned for its arts and music but offers so much more with coastal walks, golf , and many other attractions. There is a wide range of places to eat with walking distance of the house but also many fine country pubs with in a short drive. For self caterers there area local shops and supermarkets selling local produce and fresh fish available on the beach. The traditional Aldeburgh Arts and Music festival in June is an international event based at the near by Snape maltings but there are many other smaller events through out the year. In additional there are many local events such as the Aldeburgh carnival and Thorpeness Regatta in August. More simply just soak up the atmosphere of this charming seaside town with its wide High street with Cafe's, boutiques to help while away the day.
