The house is furnished to a high standard and has 3 bedrooms, an en-suite and a shower room with wc. There is an open plan sitting room, kitchen, dining room and utility room.
The front door leads through to the open plan sitting room which has a comfortable corner sofa and easy chairs. There is an open fire (gas) and the room has been furnished to a high standard with a mixture of antiques and modern pieces. The master bedroom is located off the sitting room and has an en-suite shower room. The other bedrooms are on the first-floor and share a bathroom and separate wc.

The kitchen is well equipped with a range of appliances and utensils (including gas AGA, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave) The dining room has a table to seat 6 comfortably. There is a back door from the kitchen that leads out to the private garden with table and chairs and bbq.
The house is located in the centre of Aldeburgh so is perfect for the shops, restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, not to mention the shops!
Don't forget to take the walk along the beach to nearby Thorpeness and hire a boat to row around The Meare!

Aldeburgh is located in the part of Suffolk known as the Heritage Coast - it is classed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and has many attractions for people of all ages!
Nearby Towns and Villages worth visiting include Snape, Orford, Minsmere, Thorpeness, Dunwich, Woodbridge, Framlingham, Walberswick and Southwold.
Aldeburgh has a good range of shops, restaurants, cafes and other attractions. The Beach is mainly shingle and at one end of the Town is the Yacht Club which runs Courses throughout the year for those interested in Sailing
Children will love sailing model boats in the small boating lake on the Sea Front, whilst the larger boating lake in Thorpeness (known as The Meare) will keep them busy for hours as they explore the myriad of small islands dotted around its 65 acres!
There are a number of festivals throughout the year icluding the annual Poetry Festival and Music Concerts at the Snape Concert Hall nearby. In August there are a week of celebrations culminating in the Carnival - this is usually held the week before the nearby Thorpeness Regatta and Fireworks
