The Mallorca/Majorca region

Alcudia is situated to the North of the Island of Majorca and is home to some of the best beaches in Europe. This detached house is situated near the Alcudia beach and just by the lake in the heart of the resort. The house is perfectly placed for all the family Bars and Restaurants. The Old town of Alcudia is a 5 minute drive from your private parking or approximately 5 euros in a taxi as is the Port of Alcudia with its large Marina and numerous classy bars and restaurants.

Enjoy the beauty of the unique landscape of northern Majorca with breathtaking resorts like Formentor, Cala San Vicente, Alcanada and Pollensa old town, all at 10 to 20 minutes drive or the nearby Alfufera Natural Park ideal for bird watching


Alcudia / Lago Esperanza Lake area

Alcanada Golf Course, the recently developed Golf Complex at nearby Alcanada is just a 10 minute drive. The course boasts Mediterranean views from every hole. Enjoy the local country life at the Alcudia market on Tuesdays and Sunday and the restaurants at the Alcudia Port Marina

The fantastic Alcudia beach with white fine sand is perfectly safe for children and family sunbathing, leisure and water sports and only one hundred yards away
Temperatures of 10-18 degrees in the winter and 22-29 degrees in the summer.
The water temperatures range from 17º C in May to 26º in August which is ideal for all sorts of watersports, including waterskiing, jetskiing, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, bananaboat or even a relaxing pedalo.
Ideal place for angle fishing at the lake just outside your garden edge.

Enjoy the culture, fantastic Spanish food, scenic mountain towns, historic buildings such as the Roman theatre in Alcudia and fantastic scenery for those looking to explore.
Do not miss the interior of the island with some beautiful unspoilt countryside.
