Villa Ibiza is named after the Balearic Island and stands in the same quiet residential area as other similar villas, the large and airy properties all offer the benefit of either a terrace or balcony space from each bedroom, so you can step into the sunshine every morning and take in lovely country views. An impressive ground floor sitting room is furnished in a chic, contemporary manner and includes a dining area and full-length glass doors to a shaded eating terrace overlooking the pool and pine trees beyond. Next door is an immaculate, separate kitchen equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, plus an additional dining space and doors outside. The ground floor is completed by an elegant double bedroom and separate shower room, whilst upstairs are three good-sized twins, each with balcony areas and one with a full en suite bathroom.


Spending quality time outdoors is a prime attraction of Villa Ibiza, thanks to an inviting pool and well-maintained lawns, which are screened for privacy. Sunny terraces also skirt the pool and whole house, so you can easily squirrel yourself away for quiet relaxation or reading.
