About the home

Highly exclusive property occupying an elevated position at the top of a hill, affording simply breathtaking panoramic views over the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia. Set amid private grounds extending to 360,000 sq.m, Villa Oscols offers total peace, tranquillity and seclusion. The villa is conveniently located just a short distance from the marina villages of Pollensa and Alcudia, making Oscols an ideal choice for a large family seeking privacy and seclusion with sophisticated nightlife and good restaurants within easy reach. The house is of a unique semi-circle design, following the shape of the mountain. Set on two floors the villa can accommodate up to 15 guests (9 in the main house and 6 in the annexe), with several well equipped living areas and bedrooms all over looking the terraces and pool. An outdoor original Jacuzzi with heated water and capacity for 6 people is situated next to the pool. Catering and special events services available. Photo gallery of the property will be provided on request.

It is possible to book your own 'private chef' to prepare a gala dinner for you which includes cooking, service and clearing up. Menus provided on request. Special occasions can be catered for whether a buffet, a cocktail party or full dinner.

All bedrooms, except the single, have Panoramic Mountain and Sea Views. Air Conditioning in all Bedrooms in the Main House except in the single bedroom. Both living rooms are also air conditioned. The Annex has Air Conditioning in the living room and entrance hall.

There is the possibility to book a "private chef" service who would prepare a "Gala Dinner" directly at home, including show-cooking, service to the table and complete clean up. Very recommendable for the day of arrival. We are proud to inform that the "Gala Dinner" is organized and served by one of the most recommendable catering services in Majorca, the people from “Chef a Casa”. The price for a group of 15 people would be 350 Euros (23'33 Euros x person - Minimum 10 people). Menu provided on request.

Changeover day on Saturday.

Check-in 3 pm, Check-out 10 am.

Towels and linen included, even for the pool. 3 times per week towels reposed, linen once.

To proceed to book the house is required a deposit of the 25% from the total amount to ensure the reservation. The remaining fee will be paid on the day of arrival. In case of cancellation the deposit will be completely reimbursed, minimum 90 days before the arrival. Payments available by bank transfer or creditcard.

The mentioned isolation of the property doesn't mean that there will be any trouble to reach the main area for shopping, bars, restaurants, leisure, beaches... as the house is conveniently located at just 10-15 minutes car driving from the town of Alcudia, its Marina and Pollensa and its respective Marina. Different kind of beaches and coves are also within 10 and 15 minutes from the house. Leisure during the day is guaranteed by a huge selection of activities in a short distance, as the may be: horse riding, waterpark, senderism, walks, cycling, scuba diving, water sports, karting, tennis, spa, golf...

The town of Alcudia deserve special attention for its magnificent historic wall towers, the ruins of Pollentia, its street market on Sundays and Tuesdays, offering all kind of products for all pleasures, its very well kept flowered streets, its good restaurants and small shops...

The marina of Alcudia, Puerto Alcudia, will be a great option if you look for large sea front terraces where you will be able to enjoy a great variety of good restaurants for all tastes, sophisticated shops and large walks along the harbor. For those who like to enjoy the night life, different kind of bars, lounge terraces, pubs, discos and clubs will give you the welcome till late at night.

Im not sure if anyone from our group has contacted you, but i just wanted to say a big Thank You for our time at your villa a few weeks ago.

We were all so sad to leave as it really was a great place to stay. Thanks so much for all the extras too like the high chair, baby walker, cot,
it really helped us out with the baby! And a big thanks to Grace the house keeper too, she was fantastic and works very hard.

Anyway i hope it is still sunny that side, i think is has rained here everyday since we got back - the tans are fading fast.
