The Mallorca/Majorca region
Old historic walled town of Alcudia with all amenities is less than a mile away. Pollensa town with its winding streets, ancient churches and famous 365 steps leading up to one of the many churches. Puig de Maria with years of history can be reached by car, then on foot to the monastery and with breathtaking views approx 20 mins drive away. Can Picafort with its pavement cafes and competition go-karting track. Approx 30 mins by car.
Alcudia area
Golf Alcanada (Alcudia) is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway. Not to be left out, non players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace. Only 10 minute drive away. Walking / Trekking The North of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is the prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in autumn and spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling. Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia) it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics. The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which for many centuries has filled up with sediments converting it into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park, which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife. Cycling. Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads. Nearby there is a Indoor gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis, paddle courts, all within a 5 min car drive also shows/discos. Local Activities: Bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing.

Nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca fly with Easyjet airlines, BMI, Thomsonfly, Ryanair most airlines fly to Mallorca. Palma airport has lots of car hire companies working from within the airport. Taxi's are just outside of the arrival terminal alongside the bus service.

This villa is available for rent all year. Between the months of November 1st - 31st March the swimming pool will not be available and is not included in the villa price. Added comfort of Owner / representative available if needed during your stay.
Conditions
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time 4pm. Departure time 10am. We work hard at accommodating everybody's needs so please specify if an earlier arrival or later departure is needed at the time of booking so that your holiday runs smoothly. During the high season only weekly bookings taken. During November - April minimum 3 nights accommodation. Prices on request.
