Superb comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located at the heart of the Alcudia Bay, with bars, restaurants, shops just minutes walk away. The apartment has been furnished and equipped to first class standards and enjoys fantastic views across Alcudia.

Air conditioning on both bedrooms and lounge, Fully fitted kitchen, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, full oven, microwave, safe, LG 32" TV with panoramic screen with HDMI connection and satellite. Internet access. Additional TV for DVD and Play station-2, CD player. All other home comforts, like two sunbeds to sunbathe by the pool. Boat to the beach through the lake. The fantastic Alcudia beach with white fine sand is perfectly safe for children and family sunbathing, leisure and water sports.
Temperatures of 10-18 degrees in the winter and 20-29 degrees in the summer.
The water temperatures range from 17º C in May to 26º in August which is ideal for all sorts of watersports, including waterskiing, jetskiing, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, bananaboat or even a relaxing pedalo.
Enjoy the culture, fantastic Spanish food, scenic mountain towns, historic buildings such as the Roman theatre in Alcudia and fantastic scenery for those looking to explore.
Do not miss the interior of the island with some beautiful unspoilt countryside.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the point of booking. This will be deducted from your final balance which is due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.

Alcudia is situated to the North of the Island of Majorca and is home to some of the best beaches in Europe. The Apartment is situated in the Siesta 3 Complex which is in the heart of the resort. The Apartment is perfectly placed for all the family Bars and Restaurants. The Old town of Alcudia is a 5 minute drive from the Complex or approximately 5 euros in a taxi as is the Port of Alcudia with its large Marina and numerous classy bars and restaurants.
Enjoy the beauty of the unique landscape of northern Majorca with breathtaking resorts like Formentor, Cala San Vicente, Alcanada and Pollensa old town, all at 10 to 20 minutes drive or the nearby Albufera Natural Park ideal for bird watching. You can also make your holiday an unforgetable cycling vacation with rolling hills, flat terrain and beautiful landscape

Alcanada Golf Course The recently developed Golf Complex at nearby Alcanada is just a 5 minute drive. The course boasts Mediterranean views from every hole. Enjoy the local country life at the Alcudia market on Tuesdays and Sunday and the restaurants at the Alcudia Port Marina.
A perfect combination of sunny beaches and with safe clear waters and lovely walking tours around mountain and lakes.

Our stay in Siesta-3 apartment 425 was an extremely pleasant one and enjoyed it at maximum. The apartment offered us extremely good conditions, it was very clean with all the utilities to provide a homey comfort. The service provided was of high quality and very reliable. Due to some technical issues with our plane we arrived in Mallorca 3 hours later at around 10pm. Even at this time we were welcomed by the apartment owner with the well known Spanish hospitality
