Alcudia / Port Alcudia area
We are pleased to offer a selection of villas in Alcudia. The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visitors take an Alcudia holiday for the beach alone with its 11 km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are many beach-side cafés and restaurants and a great variety of water sports to be enjoyed as well as other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife is centred around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy.
Alcudia is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins where a lovely Sunday market is held regularly.
The port of Alcudia and the old fishing village are at the northern end of the beach. Here you will find a tight grid of streets with restaurants and gift shops lining the sea front and more traditional Spanish style shops and cafés in the streets behind, with an abundance of seafood restaurants in all areas.
The Albufera, a marshy wetland, is a wildlife reserve popular with birdwatchers and is a ten minute drive away from Alcudia. The spectacular mountainous region in the west of the island towards the old town of Pollensa is a 15 minute drive away.
Further a field there are unspoilt mountain villages with stunning scenery, beaches and coves off the beaten track. The cosmopolitan city of Palma, capital of Mallorca, is just 50 kilometres away.

Casa Can Cladera is 60km from the airport. Directions and maps to the villa will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. If you contact us we can also arrange car hire and transfers for you, along with flights and travel insurance.

Further details indoors: The accommodation, which is on two levels comprises on the ground floor of; entrance hallway with double doors to spacious lounge with feature fire place and comfortable easy chairs. The separate fitted kitchen diner is fitted with modern appliances including a washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, beside tables and lights. A marble staircase from the hallway gives access to the first floor master double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. From here there are substantial sea views towards Puerto Alcudia. The villa has high quality traditional furnishings throughout and is well equipped for modern living. Entertainment is provided by Digital Satellite TV, DVD Player and CD Stereo system.
Further details outdoors: Outside, accessed through double doors there is a covered terrace leading to the a 6m x 4m private swimming pool that benefits from roman steps to allow easier, safer access for children and the elderly. The pool is surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols provided to soak up the sun. Patio furniture and a brick built BBQ are available to enjoy the pleasures of ‘Alfesco’ dining. There are good sea views from the first floor bedroom and rooftop solarium. The villa has ornamental gardens to the front and side with off road parking available.
