If you are a big group (until 12 people) it is also possible to rent an additional floor that adds 3 additional bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms, 2 additional balconies and 1 additional living room. See the rates below. The apartment is just seconds from the beautiful beach of Alcudia, set in a quiet location but in easy reach of restaurants, bars, shops etc.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca is a Mediterranean island with beautiful white-sand beaches. Mallorca is an important tourism destination and Alcudia is one of the more important ones. Alcudia is a quiet location. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood with easy acces to the beach (75 meters) and to bars, restaurants and shops (less than 10 minuntes walk).

Alcudia / Port Alcudia area

Alcúdia is a quiet location in the north of the island. The house is located in a luxurious neighbourhood. Alcúdia has one of the biggest and most beautiful beaches of the island and a lot of recreational possibilities. Take an evening stroll through the harbour, play a round of golf or soak up the sun on the beach - the choice is yours!

How to get there

Palma de Mallorca has a large airport and many air-companies have Mallorca as a destination (EasyJet, AirBerlin, etc.) . There are three main ways to go from the airport to Alcudia. On the one hand, you can take a taxi (arround 80 euros). You can also use public transport from the airport to the central bus station in Palma and, from there, take a bus to Alcudia. We recomend to rent a car. It is a cheap, easy and handy way to move into the island. You can rent a car in: www.mallorcar.com; www.pepetravel.com, among many others.

This luxurious apartment is fully furnished. Leather-relax sofas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable kitchen.
Each of the floors has 120 m^2. The balconys are also very spacious with very nice views to the beach.

Further details outdoors:
This is a sea-front apartment. It is 75 meters to the beach. You can also easily access to bars, restaurants and shops.
You also have golf, tennis and squash courts and many other sports possibilities in the proximities.

Conditions

If you are a bigger group we have an extra floor forming a duplex apartment with 6 rooms. The maximum group size is 12. Each additional person to the 6-people group pays 25 euros per day and person in low season and 35 euros per day and person in the rest of periods.

There is a 25% deposit due to secure the booking.

A €150 security deposit is required with the balance and is refunded on key return and verification of no major breakages.
