Home description
Luxurious apartment with sea and mountain views indicated for 6-people groups. This property is ideal for families with children because it is located at only 75 meters of the best white-sand beach on Majorca. It is also specially indicated for cycling groups because you can have your own space in our parking located in the basement of the house. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood but you have all the amenities (bars, terraces, discos, shopping, etc.) at only 5 minutes walking (you do not need car). The apartment is delighfully furnished with comfortable furniture (leather sofas and armchairs, etc). Outdoor, you can enjoy two sunny balconies with views to the white-sand beach of Alcudia where you can enjoy your meals. 3 bedrooms, one spacious living room, two big bathrooms and two balconies. If you are a big group (until 12 people) it is also possible to rent an additional flat that adds 3 additional bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms, 2 additional balconies and 1 additional living room.

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood with easy acces to the beach (75 meters) and to bars, restaurants and shops (less than 10 minuntes walk).
Alcudia / Port Alcudia area
Alcúdia is a quiet location in the north of the island. The house is located in a luxurious neighbourhood. Alcúdia has one of the biggest and most beautiful beaches of the island and a lot of recreational possibilities. Take an evening stroll through the harbour, play a round of golf or soak up the sun on the beach - the choice is yours!
How to get there
Palma de Mallorca has a large airport and many air-companies have Mallorca as a destination (EasyJet, AirBerlin, etc.) . There are three main ways to go from the airport to Alcudia. On the one hand, you can take a taxi (arround 80 euros). You can also use public transport from the airport to the central bus station in Palma and, from there, take a bus to Alcudia. We recomend to rent a car. It is a cheap, easy and handy way to move into the island. You can rent a car in: www.mallorcar.com; www.pepetravel.com, among many others.

Further details indoors: This luxurious apartment is fully furnished. Leather-relax sofas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable kitchen. 120 m^2. The balconys are also very spacious with very nice views to the beach. Our apartment is specially indicated for a cycling stay because you can have your own space in our parking located in the basement of the house. Majorcan roads and nice weather are waiting for you! In case you are a group of up to 12 people, we have an extra flat for you.
Further details outdoors: This is a sea-front apartment. It is 75 meters to the beach. It is located in a very quiet neigborhood but you can easily access to bars, restaurants and shops. It is also specially adequate for cyclists. There is a private parking where you can let your bikes safely. You also have golf, tennis and squash courts and many other sports possibilities in the proximities.
