Alcudia area
Alcudia Villas We are pleased to offer a selection of villas in Alcudia. The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visitors take an Alcudia holiday for the beach alone with its 11 km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are many beach-side cafés and restaurants and a great variety of water sports to be enjoyed as well as other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife is centred around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy.
Alcudia is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins where a lovely Sunday market is held regularly.
The port of Alcudia and the old fishing village are at the northern end of the beach. Here you will find a tight grid of streets with restaurants and gift shops lining the sea front and more traditional Spanish style shops and cafés in the streets behind, with an abundance of seafood restaurants in all areas.
The Albufera, a marshy wetland, is a wildlife reserve popular with birdwatchers and is a ten minute drive away from Alcudia. The spectacular mountainous region in the west of the island towards the old town of Pollensa is a 15 minute drive away.
Further a field there are unspoilt mountain villages with stunning scenery, beaches and coves off the beaten track. The cosmopolitan city of Palma, capital of Mallorca, is just 50 kilometres away.

Casa S'Hort is 56km from the airport. Directions and maps to the villa will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. If you contact us we can also arrange car hire and transfers for you, along with flights and travel insurance.

The accommodation comprises on the first floor of, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with shower room ajacent and two further twin bedrooms, all with access to a large balcony. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. On the ground floor there is a master double bedroom with a full bathroom ajacent, a spacious living / dining room with feature fireplace and exposed beams. A Satellite TV and stereo system are provided. The separate large fitted breakfast kitchen benefits from all modern conveniences. The villa is very comfortable, being newly furnished and equipped throughout in traditional style.

Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a large covered terrace with patio table and chairs and a brick built barbecue making an ideal ‘alfresco’ dining area. Extensive sun terraces and mature gardens surround the 9m x 6m swimming pool, which has roman steps for easy access, making it ideal for children and the elderly. The villa is set amongst orchards with countryside and mountain views. There is off road parking.
