Alcudia / Cami dels Brecals area
We are pleased to offer a selection of villas in Alcudia. The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visitors take an Alcudia holiday for the beach alone with its 11 km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are many beach-side cafés and restaurants and a great variety of water sports to be enjoyed as well as other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife is centred around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy.
Alcudia is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins where a lovely Sunday market is held regularly.
The port of Alcudia and the old fishing village are at the northern end of the beach. Here you will find a tight grid of streets with restaurants and gift shops lining the sea front and more traditional Spanish style shops and cafés in the streets behind, with an abundance of seafood restaurants in all areas.
The Albufera, a marshy wetland, is a wildlife reserve popular with birdwatchers and is a ten minute drive away from Alcudia. The spectacular mountainous region in the west of the island towards the old town of Pollensa is a 15 minute drive away.
Further a field there are unspoilt mountain villages with stunning scenery, beaches and coves off the beaten track. The cosmopolitan city of Palma, capital of Mallorca, is just 50 kilometres away.

Casa Moli Den Fanals is 56km from the airport. Directions and maps to the villa will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. If you contact us we can also arrange car hire and transfers for you, along with flights and travel insurance.

Further details indoors: The accommodation on the ground floor comprises of two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, a family bathroom and a shower room. There is a spacious, comfortable lounge with feature open fireplace, a separate dining room and kitchen with utility room off. Entertainment is provided by way of a Television and a music system. Stairs from the lounge give access to an additional first floor open plan sitting area with panoramic views to Alcudia.
Further details outdoors: Double doors from the lounge lead out to an extensive covered terrace with beautiful, well kept, far-reaching gardens and lawns. There are various shaded seating areas as well as extensive sun terraces surrounding the 7m x 4m swimming pool that benefits from roman steps and a poolside shower. To the side of the house is a purpose built covered barbecue area to enjoy ‘alfresco’ dining. Within the grounds, behind lockable gates, there is plenty of room for parking a number of cars.
